Room service on the second day didn't clean our room and left the trash in the room. The third night the power on the TV and refrigerator went out. Called the front desk, and the technician came and said it was a possible fuse and that he'd get back to us. Never did! It started working by the afternoon the next day. Fourth day same didn't take old linen but left fresh linen. Woke us up on the third day with a fire drill announcement and asked us to go outside. When we got downstairs no emergency or announcement that it was a false alarm! The hallway smelled like cat urine. Last day water was extremely hot! Cold water didn't work in the shower! Didn't expect this from the Hilton. The front desk young lady was very nice. Forgot her name young Latina woman and the bartenders were pleasant. Housekeeping was horrible.

This hotel was just what I needed for the event that brought me to Orlando, Florida(Altamonte). And if you decide to stay at this hotel which is a good choice try Snow Passterie down the street you will not regret it. It's for the sweet tooth lovers❤️

There was a car crash with a criminal running through the parking lot Friday night. My guest was very scared. Also, I only had luke warm water on the 8th floor for a shower. I've stayed here in the recent past but I'm unsure if I will continue.

the worst stay we ever had at a hilton. they did not clean iur room betwwen nights so we had to gp to front desk to get towels. our dnd sign eas not out air did not work in either room and we spent 1 hr outside at 2 am due to false fire alarm staff did not even apolpgoze for all the issies

Booked 3 nights, stayed 2 hours. No hot water in the shower, front desk said let it run for 10 minutes.. ok. Loud AC unit clicking on and off every 10 minutes sounded like a F450 starting in the room every time it cranked on. Front desk was nice enough but the room was abysmal. I literally left 2 hours after checking in to find another hotel.
