I liked not being harassed everyday. It was nice to clean up after myself and have a home away from home. I wouldve liked to ne closer to splash pad for toddler. If you have a toddler, the splash pad and a fun room is a neccessity.

This resort exceeded my expectations in every area. Customer service was 100/10. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The resort offers so many activities and restaurants there’s no need to leave. Came with our kids and grandkids but definitely plan to return with just my husband!

In the studios in the registration building, there was a lot of noise. … children obviously tired. I have 3 grands and understand. Others in our party were in 3 bedroom Condos. Quite lovely. Staff very helpful giving directions and suggestions? GREAT Bar Person at Paisan Pizza … observed her interactions with multiple persons.

Never stayed in the main building before.
When we arrived around 8:30pm on Friday, I wait in the check in line for an hour. The check in staff was friendly. Going to our room which was located in the main building near the laundry room. The hallway floor was not very clean. The room was good, the shower head was terrible. On our check out day at 5:00am the fire alarm went off which startled my wife and I. As well as we were uncertain if it was pulled by mistake or was there a real reason.

We loved our villa! The kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the backyard was nice for the kids to get their energy out. We went to the lazy river and arcade and those were fun. We appreciated the short drive to Epcot. Would stay again!
