The room I stayed in had a large water leak in the bathroom over 1 in of water on the floor and continuous leak all evening. When reported at 10pm the front desk did nothing and I had to go downstairs myself. The room was switched but the A/C was broken and over 75 degrees in the room. We switched back to the original room as there were no additional rooms available. All this was done with a sleeping 3 y/o.

The hotel and its staff were wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars is because of the air conditioning. It does not have a setting that will keep the fan running when it meets the temperature setting. Every time it would stop running, it would get very hot. Neither my husband or I slept well because of this.

The facility is new and clean. The blackout blinds are good, but the several inches at the top let in so much light from the parking lot that it lit up the room and made it hard to sleep.

Stayed in the hotel because we had to evacuate from our home during hurricane Milton . Staff was great, focused on detail and handled an issue we had with our room due to the excessive rain and wind promptly and professionally. Very impressed , again, incredible work by all of the staff during this time .
