We were in town for a swim and dive meet and this hotel was perfect. It was clean and quiet and the staff was excellent. We used the gym and ate breakfast at the restaurant. It was an excellent experience

The Staff were absolutely fantastic, very helpful and kind. We had an ill-mannered guest above our room, stomping across the room floor above us. All it took was a phone call to reception who dealt with the problem instantly. I would surely stay here again if I return to Orlando.

Gym could have a water dispenser for hydration. There was a theft from one of the parked cars overnight, Not mine, That guest was naturally upset. The cctv camera was said to have not been working.

We were assigned room 2001 which is at the entrance ....very noisy so 1st night was terrible. We were fortunately relocated on the 2nd night and all went well. Great location, will stay again.

You can’t beat the location. Super close to everything on I-Drive. The room was very spacious and looked update. I even had a nice view of the wheel at Icon park. Staff was very accommodating and helpful with a booking issue I had.

This was our second time staying, staff is always very friendly & accommodating. Rooms are nice and clean, it stays pretty quiet too. The location is right across the street from Icon Park & a wide variety of dining options, less than 10 minutes from Universal. We’d definitely stay again.
