I didn't realize the breakfast is at the Applebee's that is attached to the hotel but it isn't a convenient and fast breakfast that you normally get at another place where you can eat and go. So it makes it a bit harder to get a family to go plus we don't eat that much so having a quick typical international breakfast was something I typically go for and the free hot coffee too. They have a grab and go area in the lobby but you have to purchase everything of course and the coffee was terrible for $3.50. they had cereal but no milk. (?). The bathroom wasn't that clean. also we stayed in a king size room with the twin beds. The outlets didn't work on the twin room area and one of the lights didn't work over the twin bed which isn't a big deal but worth mentioning. The other main thing they should change is the king bed's height was so tall that my elderly mom who was staying with us couldn't get up into the bed without help or standing on a chair. She isn't short but it's agile and I had to help her. It really was such a tall bed that I think they should reconsider this since not everyone can easily get on and off but not necessarily be considered handicapped or disabled. Thanks. Overall it was a very average stay but I missed the convenience of the international breakfast and the complimentary hot coffee in the lobby that most places offer.

No hot water. Called the first day they said they would send somebody and they never did. Took cold showers for two days. Arrived at the hotel and I was informed that the pool is under construction so that was not expected. Their compensation was a buy one get one free drink. Will not stay there again.

My family and I absolutely loved this resort. It was perfect for a long weekend , close to everything, and the staff was very inviting. We will definitely be back! Only thing that kind of sucked was the amount of room we had in the bunk beds room. Its not really ideal for kids older than 10. My bous are 11 and it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work. Also, they were renovating the pool, but the alternative pool did not disappoint. Beautiful pool with really fancy amazing drinks and gelato for the kid's. Also, it had a beautiful waterfall. Like I said before, we will definitely be back. Only this time, we will be getting double beds or a bigger room in general.

Pool was closed for refurbishing and guests were being shuttled to sister property for pool use. Still charged $90 for a resort fee because “it’s mandatory” per the front desk clerk. I’ve stayed here several times before and I actually complained to higher ups because that’s absurd, Resort fee was refunded. Room faced main road and only the sheers closed so the room was completely lit all night long. Annoying but it’s still a great property to stay.

No pool open due to construction, but paid a resort fee. No need for an alarm clock, the jack hammer started promptly at 8 am. The gate to the parking lot was just open allowed anyone to go in or out.
