This hotel is close to it all. The staff i interacted with at check in was amazing. The room was quiet and clean. Now the issues- first the parking is not free.(not mentioned in the booking process) Second there is a $100 pet fee (not mentioned in the booking process.) Third because this property caters to families the toilet was lower to the ground which made it an interesting and sometimes painful experience. Fourth on check out day someone started knocking on my door at 9am even though check out isn't until 11. They came again at 9:20 but I missed them due to being in the shower. My dog was disturbed and barked a lot unfortunately likely waking the neighbors.

Loved the location and price. Staff was excellent! Decaying furniture with missing cushions and ripped leather made my stay feel questionable at best. Bed was comfortable and clean as far as I could tell. Pool and bar area were nice.

Dont book this hotel if you plan to get some sleep. Kids ran up and down the hall until 3 a.m. Music blasted by the pool until 11 pm. Pool staff dragging chairs out by the pool at 6:30- 6:45 in the morning. This was our 1st and time staying at this hotel.

We stayed one night after a long day at the theme park. Check in was smooth staff was nice. Once we got into the room, it was clean however we had to kill roaches that came out of the closet and in the bathroom. The staff apologize and credited the resort fee. Other than that the stay was ok.

Good location but dirty
Check in was great. The location is great. Unfortunately the room was not clean. The wall mount for AC was off its hinges and had no power, so we had to use the window unit to change temperature. The shower's drain was so clogged that the standing water after a very short shower took an hour to drain.
