First day there my room didn’t have hot water I called the front desk and by night time there was hot water. The next day the water was luke warm. Throughout my stay the water was hot and cold. The door to my room had locking issues. If you didn’t giggle the handle from the inside it wouldn’t lock.

Best Family Experience Ever!!!
This hotel was the best part of our trip!! We didn't want to leave the hotel. I mean, the water park was spectacular, the restaurants onsite make it super easy when traveling with little ones. The room was very spacious and clean. It offers everything you need to have a pleasant family trip. we are definitely coming back in the Summer!!!

Terrible check in. Room wasn't ready until after 7pm and then it wasn't even the room we were promised when we did early check in at 11am. They won't let me put enough words on here to explain the whole load of BS that went on. They didn't really care. Offered to waive the $25 parking fee and let us check out late the next day. Told them we had to leave early the next day so checking out late wasn't a perk, they shrugged and said well at least you don't have to pay parking. Room was ok. It was clean. Hotel is older, outside could use some updates. You get what you pay for, I guess in this case it was poor organization and poor customer service. Will go elsewhere next time.
