Excellent location. Great for large families. Everything you could possibly need. The only issue would be confusion with housekeeping but aside from that it’s the perfect location for Disney and Universal Studios

They have terrible house keeping crew that doesn’t want to do their job. Their job is to do every other day tidying which just happened ONCE in our 7days stay! We literally have to walk down to keep asking for fresh/clean towels. We were told that they do “deep cleaning” after 5days of stay whatever that means. This house keeping crew needs to be fire!

Overall the property wasn’t bad. Room service could have done a better job when we requested the room to be vacuumed. We could tell it wasn’t done prior to us arriving. Unfortunately we had to request a few things after housekeeping came - toilet paper was not refilled. The bathrooms could use some upgrading as well. The size of the room was great.

I suggest getting the Hilton App. You can check in and out through the app. Plus, a digital key. Pros: It was in the middle of Universal and Disney. Also, great for a family. Cons: Staff wasn’t very friendly. - They never came to get the trash or give new towels. - Trash in halls and trash bins because of it not being picked up from other guests I’m guessing. - Check out is at 11 but housekeeping was pushing us out at 10. Gave us a nasty look as we left. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

Here is a sad experience that serves as a lesson for us. We traveled for about 5 years and always stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel chain. This time we went to Orlando at Home2 and stayed in room 239. The room was dirty, the bathroom was moldy, the bathtub floor had dirt marks, the bathroom door didn't lock, the room was reserved for 5 people and there were only bath towels for 3, and there were no bed linens for the sofa bed. We had a sad experience.

The staff was very friendly. The dining area is small. It is a smaller property compared to others I’ve stayed at. The room was very humid. But we were only there for 2 nights. Otherwise there wasn’t really anything wrong with our stay.
