Keys didnt unlock the room, someone needed to come to room every time I needed to get in room. The first room I was given had water leaking from ceiling then had to be moved to a NEW HOTEL,I originally had a suite but at new hotel they gave me two rooms not even next to each other. All together it was awful

I liked that the property was very clean. The rooms were as well. There was pleanty of space from room to room so you do not hear other guest.

Overall stay for one night was nice. My toddler and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! You all receive a 100 points if possible due to you guys having a waffle maker that made them in Mickey Mouse shapes. :) the only negative I have was during check in my door would not open when I returned to the front counter there was no receptionist and when I called the number at the counter to receive assistance I was questioned if I called the right location due to it being connected to your sister hotel in the same lot. So it was frustrating trying to get someone to come over to the hotel to assist with a cranky toddler. Other than that your staff is amazing and cleanliness was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast options were delicious. The listing had mentioned Disney shuttle service. Unfortunately, I did not call for more information. The morning shuttle was scheduled for 35 minutes after my chosen park would open. The evening shuttle was before the evening shows. I had hoped to save parking fees by staying here. The "spa" tub was ice cold and jets did not work. The pool was also too cold to be pleasant.

The service was great, the room was comfy, and the breakfasts were awesome 😎. Even the gym area was good 👍. We were just disappointed 😞 with the pool and hot tub, neither was clean in the morning. Other than that, everything else was great 😃.

We love this location! So close to Disney and great shopping. The hotel was great except we didn’t have hot water for a few days. They were extremely nice and made it right. We would definitely stay here again.

The suite layout was nice and was clean. The a/c did not work properly and after 2 maintenance visits, it still was not right. The water was not hot - lukewarm shower. It took 2 calls after 2 maintenance visits and strong requests to move rooms before they moved me to a different room. The new room a/c worked properly, but the water was still lukewarm. They need to do some maintenance.

The property should list that is is undergoing renovations. The place is falling apart. We had to shower with cold water. We were a large group and rented 3 rooms and they all experienced the same issues and no one could take a hot shower. There was mold in my room, particularly in the bathroom walls. (There was also mold in the walls along the hallways). Bathroom fixtures were falling apart. Elevators were not working….the only working ice machine was on the third floor (out of five floors!). The breakfast area had one whole counter that was broken so selections were limited. They only put out the waffle maker one day (on Sunday). The toaster was out of order. There was no shampoo and had to wait over half an hour and ultimately had to head downstairs to the front desk to get a tiny bottle because housekeeping never showed up. I have stayed at this hotel many times before, but it seems that this time around, management should have made the decision to close for business while undergoing the renovation.
