hotel was great.clean,friendly good breakfast buffet.only problem was the free shuttle to universal studios.no problem going there in the morning they have 3 different times.coming back was a problem.most of all the 3 different rides over wanted to come back on the first shuttle back.to many people all hot and tired.we and another family walked up the garage to the taxi area and took a cab back less then 2 miles away cost 20 dollars.never again

Super Loud and Uncomfortable!
The free breakfast was better than most hotels we’ve stayed in and the room was very spacious. However, the beds felt like concrete and there is ZERO sound proofing!! It was so incredibly noisy from the super loud AC unit in the room to the noise outside it was not good! Tried a new brand and learned my lesson!

Our room was very nice. Beds were comfy. The full sized fridge and utensils were an added bonus. Breakfast was good. We made breakfast tacos w/the eggs and carnitas that were offered. Our only issue was the toilet did not flush very well.
