I booked this hotel 3 weeks ago because it fits a family of 5. When I came to the room the sofa bed was not working. The donā€™t have more rooms and their answer was ā€œIā€™m sorry we canā€™t do anythingā€. How is that possible? If the sofa is not working fix it or BUY a new one. Never again

Itā€™s a great hotel like a studio!
This hotel was better than what I was expected. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and it's like little studio than a hotel. It has a kitchen with big refrigerator and oven. If you need to stay with a family who are willing to do some cooking, dont hesitate to booked this hotel. Its working distances to SeaWorld. The only downside was pressure of the water in shower but that's only my preference.

nos dieron cuarto equivocado, mi reservacion era cama king y me dieron un cuarto de dos camas y estaba sucio el piso y alfombra lleno de pelo y debajo del comedor servilletas llenas de suciedad parece que no limpian la alfombra mis medias se llenaron de pelos por eso me di cuenta se me cayo una ropa negra y se puso llena de pelo y el bano estaba sucio el piso , deja mucho que desear la limpiesa.

Overall, this place was great. The hotel has all the amenities and comfort you could want, a great pool, great breakfast bar and ample elbow room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Two issues rub: the hotel is weirdly placed and there is not obvious sign for where the entrance is. This is only important when first finding the hotel. The other issue is more serious and that is the charge for parking. I think the over $20/night fee is high and should be revealed prior to coming. Some of us do- or have to- budget for these trips

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites Orlando Theme Parks, and my experience was disappointing. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were multiple issues that made the stay far from enjoyable. I booked a top-floor room at $200 a night, expecting a certain level of quality, but it definitely was not worth the price. Throughout my four-day stay, I had to request towels and toilet paper three separate times, which was frustrating. The room had an odd, unpleasant smellā€”almost like an old urine odorā€”that lingered the entire stay. The walls were visibly dirty, and most of the dresser drawers were broken, so we couldnā€™t even store our belongings properly. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality of the room fell far below my expectations. I would not recommend staying here, and wont be back.

We had a 3 night stay at this property and on the second day when we came back from Disney park we saw the room very clean but our bag of shoes was missing from the room. I went down to front desk to tell them about this incident but they were least interested in helping out, they immediately said that you need to come back tomorrow morning when housekeeping will be in. Come next morning, I didnā€™t receive any call in my room from front desk. Me and my wife then went down and spoke to the housekeeping manager and she was a little helpful but was not agreeing that a bag is missing. After multiple failed attempts we managed to speak to the manager on the property and she just shrugged on the responsibility and asked us to file a police complaint. We have a filed a complaint of missing items and waiting for the response. I am extremely disappointed in the front desk staff and their irresponsible behavior in handling this issue.

Very nice rooms, clean and in very good condition. The service was great too. The pool was nice also, even if we just used it ones in the evening. I didn't use the shuttle because it was leaving way too late and only bringing to one point in Disney. It was too complicated and not useful for someone who wants to spend all day in the park. The breakfast was amazing the first two days and then something changed and the choices were very little. The eggs were discussing one morning. At the end of our week the food became ok again.

I usually enjoy my accommodations at this hotel because of the friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the surroundings, together with the proximity to the places I like to visit, however, this particular visit was not up to this hotel's usual standards. I always reserve the one-bedroom suite, with two queen size beds, (3 adults). The air conditioning unit was very noisy and after reporting this problem to the front desk, this matter was ignored and not resolved. Another issue that I experienced was that there was no TV service for 5 days due to a problem with the Hotel's Cable TV provider. I spoke with the property manager regarding this matter and I was offered compensation for a one-day hotel stay with Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience, which to date, I have not yet received.
