My room was spacious and clean and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Upon arrival I requested, and was granted, a late checkout due to a late afternoon flight. After checkout I was able to sit by the pool and read while waiting to head out to the airport.

The hotel is a great location for visiting Universal. They offer a shuttle to the park that needs to be reserved in advance.

Room was dirty. Coffee maker had a hair in it. Stove and countertop dirty. Bathroom sink clogged and shower door stuck. Aside complained and no empathy. Had a DND on the door and housekeeper came in. Did the bed and the cup I used was left dirty in my sink. For three days crumbs in front of my door. Did not take the picture of the stove, coffeemaker and countertop.
