Everything was great except the mattresses were a bit hard and pillows too soft in my opinion, house keeping staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast option limited but convenient. Free parking.

Good find for a family going to Universal
The room was great with good space for the family to spread out. The breakfast was good and staff was helpful. The shuttle to Universal is pretty convenient with two trips a day and is only 10-15 minutes on the shuttle. There is a Trolley system that can get you to Sea World that runs every 20 minutes, but there are a lot of stops so we drove. We didn’t look into the Disney transportation. The hotel is brand new and was still needing a few finishing touches, but I would definitely stay there again.

The stay was pleasant and family-friendly overall. However, they did not provide water bottles for four out of the five nights of our stay, nor did they replenish the coffee and coffee mate. Additionally, their laundry service was unavailable.

This property was good value for money. It is located close to Universal Studios, good shopping and dining options. The property is in very good condition, my room was spacious and had a kitchen, there is free self parking, and I found the staff to be courteous, responsive and professional. I would stay there again.

The hotel was pristine. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The front desk people greeted us every time we entered and told us to have a great day every time we left. The location is perfect and safe. Right next to the best chicken and waffles restaurant. I would stay here again easily. What a great place to stay!!

Worst hotel in the world!!!!! We booked the room in November and when we arrived today, they said our room is not available. They say we booked with Expedia so it’s not guaranteed. We tried to negotiate with the front desk employees and they’re like ok, we’re cancelling your reservation. And they even called the police to remove us from the hotel. We’re traveling with 2 kids and 2 60 years old grandparents, and we’re outside the hotel in this 48 degree cold evening trying to find somewhere to stay for the night. I feel disgusted even talking about Hyatt now. Also, they marked us as no show… I’ll never stay at any Hyatt hotels ever…
