AC in the room was super loud. Super loud outside with the dripping of condensation on to metal was super annoying. Woke me up both nights several times. Last thing that was a surprise was daily parking fee of 15 dollars. Never staying here again. Not worth there high daily rate.

Nice property. It was located near everything we needed to get to in a hurry. However, the water does not get hot. The water got lukewarm at best, and only one elevator was functional. These were not deal breakers, though. We liked the spaciousness of the room and the layout. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed when evacuated Big Bend for Hurricane. Staff was excellent, and hotel had everything we needed. The only thing I would criticize is that they had the worst tv package I’ve had in a Hyatt hotel. We had to watch the weather channel on our phones to find out what was happening with the hurricane.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver(not sure of her name)but she was very friendly as well. The hotel lobby and elevator was clean. The room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortably. The only thing I would say needs a little attention is the lighting in the room needs to be brighter

Very accommodating friendly staff
Returned from cruise, wanted hotel close to air port with early shuttle service. We arrived early and were able to get us into our room at 12. Even shuttled us to our restaurant for dinner. Very accomadating friendly staff.
