Shower drain was clogged. Bed hurt my back. The elevator is under ventilated it was like torture riding on it. They didn't offer a decafe coffee. The OJ was watered down who thinks things are minor I know but I literally had to pull a hair ball clog out of the drain in order to take a shower..... and it was disgusting!!!!!

Overall, we loved our one night stay. Most of the staff was nice and professional. Unfortunately there was a lot of hair in the shower, though. We saw it late at night before bed or we would have asked to move. Still, it was a great option as it is close to the airport!

Good size room with big, comfortable bed. Limited kitchenette facilities, which we did not use. OK breakfast, with limited choice - typical of American hotels of this class. Airport shuttle is convenient. All in all a good short-term stopover and good value for money.

I did not like the fact that my room was not ready when I arrived at 6:30 p.m. I had to take a different type of room. They advertised a restaurant and bar, but only the bar was open. They had food for the free breakfast the next morning but not for dinner.

First, the photo of the restaurant at the top of this page is false. It's no longer there and there is not a actual restaurant. False advertising.. Second the TV has no guide and only after calling, someone came to our room looked at the TV and then told us the front desk has a network guide which was delivered to our room, not user friendly.

It was very good considering it was during hurricane milton. Lost power for about 8 hours our first room had a problem but they put us in another room right away.
