I Loved everything, most comfortable stay I've ever experienced in Orlando! The staff was amazing especially the Lakehouse restaurant breakfast staff, Mr Abe and Yousef are great people, soo was everyone there! Pools and all amenities was soo clean, poolside food was awesome also the service they provide, they're soo many other things but really and truly have nothing negative to say about this property.

The hotel was amazing and very accommodating. When i walked in i could smell how clean the hotel was. The only down side was the handicap parking. Im a disable veteran and on 2 occasions i had to park at the overflow parking because there was no open spaces out front.

It’s a nice hotel but the rooms are not worth the price. My fiancé and I stayed here because a friend of ours got married at the hotel. We got a good deal on the room, but we wouldn’t go back. The hotel is really nice and clean from the outside but the room was a bit questionable. The shower head was broken, the tub did not look clean, the toilet made weird sounds way after flushing it, pillows were thin and uncomfortable, the rug on the carpet didn’t look like it’s been steamed cleaned in the longest time, and there are only 2 light fixtures in the room with one lamp. Also, self parking is a FAR walk and valet is $51/day. If there was a shortcut, I was completely unaware of it. The staff is friendly and the pool is huge, but definitely not staying here again

The first room smelled dirty, called the front desk and they switched us to another room the bathroom was disgusting the shower head was clogged and water was going everywhere. Woke up with the worst allergies including my child. Asked if we could please cancel our stay cause we weren’t feeling well and they said they we would have to stay one extra day. By far the worst stay. We come to Orlando often for business never have I paid so much to stay in such a nasty room.

The hotel was nice! However, I paid the resort fee when I got there and then the last two nights I stayed they charged my again. When I went to the front desk she was even confused as to what was going on because they said I would pay for parking at the end of my stay. Aside from that confusion it was good.
