Girls Getaway
Perfect getaway for my Moms birthday celebration! This was our first time in Margaritaville and we will for sure be back!! Property was great and conveniently located to everything! Having a private pool and hot tub was the best. The house was clean for the most part, bathroom showers had hair in them. The house is a self sufficient home so you will have to bring all toiletries with you. Overall, great stay!

Dirty pool and hot tub
Specifically asked in the reservation notes for the pool and hot tub to be clean and heated . It was heated but very dirty and not jut leaves which are understandable but dirt and debris in the pool , spa and around all the vents. When I called and asked if they would send someone to clean the first day they said they would send someone rite over and never did , second time I called they again said they would send someone over they never did nor did they call to give me any explanation, I called again that same day and they stated the pool at my address is cleaned on Thursdays so the HOA would be there sometime that day because it was Thursday . No one showed up and I called Friday morning ( by now we are scheduled to check out of Saturday and still haven’t been able to use the pool or hot tub because it hadn’t been cleaned / vacuumed since last Thursday so it’s been over a week at this point . Finally Friday at around 3:30 in the afternoon shows up and say if we can use the pool net to get the leaves out but not the dirt and what ever yellow substance that was at the bottom of the pool and spa . The claimed that it was the HOAs responsibility to come on Thursdays to vacuum the pool/spa and treat with chemicals and they are not sure why they didn’t show up . So needless to say it was still very dirty and safety of water condition was questionable so nothing had changed and now this was the last day of being able to use it because we checked out the next morning. Very disappointing when you specify in the notes that you are coming to celebrate with family and enjoy the pool and hot tub at the house you are renting and it’s was nothing but a hassle and never got cleaned . The house was beautiful and had plenty of space but the main reason for choosing this for our family Christmas get together was to enjoy the pool and hot tub and be out doors .

Nearby to main resort/ pools. The shuttle from the resort is a true perk Some unfortunate findings. Two showers had some mold. The pool/ spa was not be “filtered”. Pump was running but no water passing through Ceiling fan in upstairs not working The Spectrum cable service came to repair while we were in - without notice. Unfortunately had to spend an hour and a half “supervising” All our items were out and about and what turned into a simple box change took much longer. Still cable is not functioning properly! We would return in a heartbeat. It’s just the little things that I’ve passed on are remedied for the next vacationers

Great house
House was beautiful, clean and spacious! We had a family of 6 and had plenty of room the only thing I'd change is to have the upstairs sofa to be a pull out bed. There was one downstairs but it would have been a bit more private if it were not right beside the kitchen. The location of the home was perfect! A short walk to main hotel, pool and sunset walk. The private pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! We can't wait to return!

Amazing, many restaurants in walking distance along with shopping and a movie theater, the water park was out of season but it was still great... I will never stay anywhere else when I come down
