I stay in a lot of hotels for both business and family vacations and getaways. This was by far my worst experience ever in a hotel. We found bed bugs on the bed. I lifted the sheets to inspect after finding a bug on the sheet, to find a disgusting mess from bugs between the mattress and box springs. I also found a crack pipe in there as well. We couldn’t get out of that room fast enough. The hotel was dirty and dingy as we initially walked in, this certainly was more than we expected. We were there for 8 nights, but checked out right away and had to find another hotel for our trip.

It was ok, wasn’t too impressed with the hotel when we first checked in the room didn’t have a frig or microwave asked for a different room and they gave me another room that had both frig and micorwave. If it’s just a night stay, it’s ok, if it’s a longer trip, I’d choose another hotel like a Holiday Inn or Hilton next trip to Orlando. I’m just a few hours drive to Orlando and we come down 4-5 times a year.

Where to start? The front desk staff was wonderful. The elevator door scrapes when it opens there is a hand rail missing in the elevator and the holes patched is a messy way. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor in the corner near the tub. You could say it was breakfast. But hard boiled eggs. Waffles, packets of oatmeal and the make your own toast area. Sure maybe some bananas or containers of yogurt, but there was no standard breakfast of eggs a potato a meat. I would not go here just because they have a breakfast because you probably won’t eat it.

Property was very clean,staff was very friendly, the only issue we had was the water pressure in the shower, very low and was hard to rinse the soap off, otherwise I would definitely stay here again

A very easygoing, relaxed vibe. The building is clearly older and has not been maintained well. The elevator is slow and creaky. One of the mattresses in my room is in need of replacement. Overall this was a serviceable, decent hotel that met my expectations for safety and convenience. I would stay here again.

La Quinta is a wonderful place to stay, thanks to the best staff ever! Yvonne, Melissa and Kimberly are the gold trio. They are soooo nice, always with a greeting smile on their faces, always doing everything possible to make the guest stay pleasant and comfortable. The room is great, clean, big and with fridge and a microwave. The area is excellent, near everything possible. From shops to convenient stores. The breakfast is very good, I really enjoyed my morning waffles and the delicious bagels. I could not have chosen a better hotel. I will surely go back to Orlando to stay at La Quinta, with these wonderful ladies.
