The resort itself was beautiful. The check-in process was very smooth and front desk rep was very courteous. However, the property management company was completely AWFUL! 1st, I called and asked for an early check-in. I was told they would call me back! No one never did! 2nd, the TV's downstairs never worked. I called 2 days in a row to get someone to come out. No one never came. The problem was never resolved. Upon check out, I told guest services about my complaint and they referred me to the property management (JEEVES). Contacted JEEVES, they said it was not their issue and that I need to refer back to guest services. Needless to say, no resolution! My 2nd issue, which is the MAJOR ISSUE, is JEEVES charged my card over $300 for dirty towels and linens! Yes, you heard it right! "Dirty towels and Linens." Keep in mind all of the linens they provide are WHITE! They sent me pictures of the "DAMAGE" linens! They were simply UNWASHED towels! Most of which only had a small dirt spot! That's it! I contacted them and asked to speak with management bc what I saw on the pictures WERE NOT DAMAGED TOWELS just dirty towels that haven't been washed! They said they don't communicate over the phone, jus through email. I pleaded my case! Advise them that either the cleaning company don't know how to WASH WHITE LINENS properly OR Jeeves strive on scamming their customers out of their money. I even went as far as voicing my complaint with the resort (which I knew it was nothing they could do bc the charge did not come from them, I just wanted them to know about the ridiculousness.) Needless to say, I was told this isn't the first complaint from customers with the same issue/concern! I'm currently still dealing with this battle! No one has yet to contact me back with a reply to my latest email! I was it gave an option to post the pictures that they sent me of "DAMAGED" towels! Pretty much they charged me over $300 for a load of laundry! SMH
