The property was gated and felt safe . It was clean outside. Staff was great. First room was bad smelled musty and Moldy. Had to swith rooms. The second room was much better. Pool bar was also good.

Good deal
Beautiful place. Condo very clean and comfortable. We did have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes after our check in time to get our keys. They asked if we wanted a sales tour but they accepted our no wo a lot of problems. Hot tub was great. We ate 3 meals at the bar bc good and reasonable. Omelet and tator tots $10 on weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a nice, quiet stay. Though it was disappointing that we had to pay an extra $25/day fee for amenities, when the info provided on the Expedia website said the amenities were already supposed to be included in the booking fee.

Shane (Shawn) Front Desk Manager was very helpful making us comfortable although we were early for check in. Great help was baggage, comfort and escort to room. Villa space was great with kitchenette, separate bedroom privacy, dining & family room with tv space.

Just spent a week with my husband and 2 kids at the Hilton AQua Sol. It was fantastic. We’ve travelled lots and this place is fantastic. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was super clean. Kids loved the waterpark, usually water parks give me the ick but this one was very clean. Lots of fun things for the kids.Rooms were pretty quiet too. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed everything about this property. Plenty for the kids to do, pools were heated so we could still swim even though the weather was on the cooler side. The only complaint I have with this property, which really has nothing to do with the actual property, is the coming and going access from the main road 192. 192 is the main road that you take to get to all the attractions, it is not easy to get to because of traffic and congestion. I would definitely stay here again though!
