Great place!
My family had a great time staying here. It was clean, easy to navigate, plenty of parking, and rooms are just like the pictures. The only issue we had was for check in. We received an email before we got there saying “Sign up for your digital key and go straight to your room when you arrive.” Which we did thinking it would save some time, and wow how convenient. This in fact did not work at all and ended up wasting our time as we tried to use it. So, please everyone, don’t listen to that email from the resort. Other than that issue with check in we had a great stay and would 100% stay again.

Close to all the parks but quiet and peaceful.
The condo has nice furniture and fixtures. The view of the pool and lake are very relaxing. The hot tub and pool were not crowded and the women working at the Tiki bar were friendly. My daughter loved the bunk beds.

TLC needed
Good location. Much quieter than other resorts. Pool area was nice. Easy access to the Highway. Lots of places to eat within walking distance or a short drive. The layout of the condo was good. Really good view of the surrounding area from the balcony. The downside was that the unit needs a lot of TLC. Furniture was old and well worn. Cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms were also old and worn. Walls and baseboards all need to be cleaned and painted. Some light fixtures did not work. Some ceramic tiles were cracked. There are two towers at this facility and we stayed in tower 1. At one point the elevator in tower 2 was not working…I can’t imagine having to walk up fifteen flights of steps to our rental. I’m not sure if we would book this unit again, unless there was some serious upgrades done.

Dirty/false location on maps
Overall the place needs updated which I could deal with and it did have a nice view. However, when we pulled out the sofa bed it was FILTHY! I was told we only booked for three so they didn’t think we’d be using it. When you rent somewhere the ENTIRE condo should be clean and ready for full use by the renter. I asked kindly if we could have an extra set of towels and was told that’s all they have for the condo (4 towels, washcloths, and hand towels). If the condo sleeps 6 like advertised that means they don’t have enough for each person to have one daily. I just didn’t want to have to do laundry everyday. I will say they sent housekeeping and cleaned sofa bed when I asked. I just wasn’t impressed with it not being clean in the first place and the response that they didn’t think we’d use it so they didn’t clean it. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

My wife and I brought my daughter to Orlando for AAU Nationals. This property was about 20 minuets from the Convention Center, but that got us away from the craziness of the Convention Center. Property was as advertised. Clean with a great view. Would stay there again.

Amazing Experience
My husband and I were in town for the weekend for a trade show. The location was convenient to all the attractions. The resort setting was tranquil and clean, and the staff was friendly. Our host was very responsive when messaging and very accommodating during our stay.

The location was centrally located for the Disney parks. There was a subway, Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Chik-fil-a within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The drink/snack shack was a nice surprise. View from the room was awesome. Needs improvement- only 4 bath towels and 2 pool towels were provided. Our family of 4 had to buy 2 beach towels and wash towels every other day. The kitchen was sparse, no kitchen towels or even hot pads so cooking was a struggle. The place was quiet. Traffic in the area is a bit nuts but that is expected. Also the park shuttle is no longer offered. We had a car so not a big deal for us.

Prime location. Good value. Ideal for extended stay. Awesome view from large balcony. Living areas and bathrooms were clean. King bed very comfortable. Had no issues with the accommodations. Great pool and spa, and fitness centre was adequate. We enjoyed our 3 week stay and would book again.

Amazing view and relaxing stay!
This condo was fantastic! It was clean and comfortable and the perfect size for my husband and I and our 14 yo. The pool and hot tub area were so fun! You could chill in the sun or enjoy a drink and listen to music. I loved the vibe! The condo itself was spacious and clean. Having an extra wash cloth (or 3 - one for each of us) would have been great or a dish towel or two since we were there almost a week, would have been super helpful, but overall the place was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view, nice condo
We arrived after office hours; no key for us had been left with Security. I had notified the property manager that we would check in very late that night. After a few phone calls, Security did let us in to the unit. We were pleased with the property. However, there were no dishwashing supplies in the kitchen. More hand towels would have been nice. There is Roku on the TV, not cable. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

We stayed for a conference my wife had near by. The condo was nice and had a great view. Very large pool with not many people in it. Apparently out had been closed for renovations for a couple weeks, but re-opened the day we arrived, as did the poolside tiki bar. The condo was clean and decently equipped. Traffic in the are is very heavy, but that is true of anywhere in the area. We would go back again.

Not a “luxury apartment”
The rental was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is old and had multiple cracks in the tile floors, a dishwasher but no cleanser to put in it, minimal kitchen tools, low water pressure in the kitchen sink, no filtered water available, torn curtains, and missing curtain hooks in the bedroom. There was a washer /dryer combo but no detergent. The box of tissues in the bathroom was nearly empty on our arrival. There were only 2 coffee packages and no tea. It was adequate for our needs, but nothing about it was luxury. Secure Wi-Fi would have been nice. On the plus side, we had a great view of the fireworks at night and it was pretty quiet.

When i got here it was 5:00 pm and the apartment was not clean i was so sleepy after being on the plane and having delays all i really wanted to do was go to sleep but when i got here the cleaning crew didn’t clean the apartment at all so i called and someone came about a hour later and did a fantastic job i would stay here again

Location is perfect
The positive: location, the pool, the condo amenities (well stocked), the price, the front desk. The negative: we lost contact with our host, which turned out to not be a problem, but knowing we could have reached someone would have been much better. The bunk beds were not very comfortable. The hideabed should probably be replaced! NOT in good condition. Luckily, only one SMALL person slept on it. Overall: we recommend for lots of reasons, but don’t plan on sleeping more than four people unless they replace the hideabed.

What you see is what you get
Sometimes you get to a place and the listing looked totally different. This was amazing, the view is perfect and the room has extra tall ceilings making it feel huge. The bunk beds were perfect for our toddlers. They used the pool all 5 days. My youngest decided to stop using diapers on our second to last day there, so he grew up a lot while we were there. My wife got stuck in the elevator for a little bit because she didn't realize she needed to scan the room card to go up, so that was something you need to remember. Funny though. The location is very convenient. There were no other guests in rooms around us so we had complete silence while we were there in late May 2023.
