Family Vacation
House was perfect for 13 people definitely gave us lots of space. My only complaint was the amount of broken or damaged furniture on the main floor. Furniture inside and out definitely in rough shape and we were not impressed with that

Appalling lack of customer service and cleanliness
Here is a summary of the issues we had during our stay. 1. General lack of cleanliness. There was mildew in the showers, the carpet was extremely old and disgusting, and there were prior guest’s hair in beds. If you looked under the beds, there was trash, and a buildup of dust bunnies that to me signals a lack of thorough cleaning. 2. The beds were extremely uncomfortable: the mattresses were horrible, the bedding was old and very worn and the pillows were as thin as pancakes.3. Broken furniture: the legs of the sofa in the living room were broken off and it was just sitting on the ground. The other sofa was in similarly poor condition with rips in the material. 4. There were no necessities provided to use appliances (coffee filters for example). The pans that are provided in the house are extremely worn and scratched up. 5. Funny tasting water: it is of note that we had to buy bottled water for our stay.6. No basketball hoop pop-a-shot in the garage as is advertised in the photos. There were also no toys/games in the house as advertised. 7. The downstairs heat did not work (set heat to 69 and temp remained around 63 degrees downstairs the entire stay- this was in January)8. No refund for services paid for: despite paying the 40 per day heat fee, the heater on both were not working the entire time we were there and the property manager refused to make the situation right.

Cheap motel vibes with a premium price
My family and I (total of 12) stayed here for a week and spent thousands to do it. The best thing I can say about the place is that it's clean. We spent a ton of money to stay here for a week. For that one week stay, we were provided with not even one full roll of dollar store paper towels. The bathroom towels look like they were leftover from a bachelor pad. All worn and tattered and don't match. The refrigerator filter was so clogged water barely came out of the dispenser. We had to buy bottled water for everyone because the owner is too cheap to change the filter. It very clearly needed changed long ago. The mattresses of the beds were cheap and worn. The fake leather couches are torn and they took the legs off one and just sat it on the floor (toddler height).The listing advertises a HEATED pool with no mention of having to contact them before your stay to pay extra to actually turn the heat on (during the week of Christmas, mind you). When I contacted the owner, they said it "was stated in the house manual". When I asked where the house manual was, they couldn't answer. I told them that there was no mention of that in the listing or any of the emails sent after we booked the place (we booked about 9 months in advance). After a day of back and forth she finally allowed us to pay 120 to turn the heat on for 3 days. Absolutely PASS on this property until the owner puts some actual effort into providing a good value for the price. So DISAPPOINTING.

We wanted a place close to the parks and other Orlando attractions. This place was a perfect find. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 10. Nice swimming pool and hot tub after long days of walking. We could get around with ease. Thanks for the stay!

Average stay
The house is overall nice and met our needs. The neighborhood is gated. The kids had a great time in the pool! The house was mostly cleaned well. The house seems to be for rental purposes only. There are very few basic necessities provided, which is different from what I've experienced with other rentals. The downstairs family room sofas are small for the amount of people the house can accommodates and one is broken. The carpet upstairs is dirty. The house next door also seems to be a rental only and as other reviewers mentioned, seems to attract a more rowdy crowd. I only mention this because the pool areas are very close together with no privacy from that neighboring house. We saw two groups of people come and go, both smoking weed and drinking outback. The house description mentions an additional fee to heat the pool. That also includes the hot tub, which I assumed was separate and included. Lastly, it took a good 25-30 minutes to get to the parks with traffic.

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) I recently rented this property for my trip to Disney World, and while my overall experience was decent, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The location was fantastic, making it easy to access the parks. However, the property itself is in need of some updates. Certain amenities felt outdated, and a bit more attention to detail would enhance the overall comfort of the stay. Despite these issues, I still had a good time and appreciated the convenience of the location. With some renovations, This property could be a real gem for future visits! Feel freeL your experience!

Memorial weekend
The house was nice and as shown on the picture but it needs to be cleaned better. If you have little one I wouldn’t recommend this house bc the neighbors are very loud, music, loud cars, smoking weed, and drinking. We couldn’t enjoy the pool bc of the smell of weed was bad and the girls were topless. We actually left a day early bc we didn’t feel safe.

Good location; perfect size for large groups but could use some real deep cleaning
It was overall an ok experience staying in this house. Checkin was easy, kitchen was equipped with what the group needed, enough silverware, plates, cups and the dishwasher and washer and dryer came in handy. However, it was definitely not properly cleaned before we arrived. Carpet felt dusty and some surfaces were sticky. Towels and bedsheets could use some updating as they all looked dated and worn with some of them showing rips. Giving it a 3 star rating because there is no option for a 3.5 as it was not quite a 4 and definitely not a 5.

The property was very clean. People are right when they say the downstairs furniture is uncomfortable and in need of some TLC. Some of the furniture was broken and we alerted Ally who said she would deal with it for future customers. There are not enough big pans to cook for 15 but we made do. The games room doesn’t have a basketball net in there and looks quite tired. However, the pool was a great hit and we all had a good time.

Home is large and plenty of space for a group of 13. Nice neighborhood with water park near. The mattresses are just bad. The carpet is filthy and whoever cleans the place should be replaced. Ally (owner) was responsive and flexible!

Worked well for our family
Overall, it was a great stay. Perfect size for our family of 10 as everyone had their own space too. Pool was perfect and the kids used it constantly when we were home. Did a lot of cooking throughout our month-long stay. As others have alluded to, the home is in need of some TLC. Living room furniture is torn and uncomfortable. Carpet needs to be replaced and patio needs power washed. Ally was super attentive from the beginning and throughout our stay.

The location is much further away from the water park than what it show in the picture. You don’t find the address until after you book. You may have neighbors that play loud music after hours. We found it hard to sleep. However they left and it was much better.

Good Stay - but needs some TLC
The place is nice- but needs some TLC.. The main floor furniture is very uncomfortable, one of the couches actually had a broken spring- I think the owner is simply trying to have nice looking furniture without considering comfort.. Heating the swimming pool is an extra charge per day is ridiculous amount of money, renting the grill (Cheap grill from Walmart) for an extra charge per day is a ridiculous considering the amount of money we paid for renting the property .. Yes, this is a business, but it seemed like I was being nickle and dimed by the extra charges when the owners don't really seem to care about the comfort of their clients. I don't mean for this to be a bad review because the house is nice, the property is nice and the location is nice.. I just think the owner needs to consider more comfort and perhaps let the guests have access to a grill without extra charges.. We bought a bunch of groceries and non-perishable items and just left them for the next guests... There is NO salt and Pepper shakers... (LOL)

Family and friends Disney Vacation
Property suited our needs. Lots of space for the kids to play and for adults to relax. Location was convenient for travelling to the parks and for shopping. Was a bit warm at night in the bedrooms.

Spacious Home for Family Vacation
Wonderful home for everyone to have private sleeping space and bathroom yet great areas indoors and outside for gathering together for meals and pool time. Gated quiet Community provided feeling of security and was close to many attractions, grocery stores and shopping.

Great condo!
The condo itself was beautiful and spacious. However, as others have said, additional linens would be nice. There were only 2 towels in each bathroom and with a large group, that isn’t enough for showering let alone pool usage as well. As others have mentioned, the listing makes it look as if the water slides/lazy river are super close. The clubhouse/water slides are in the next “subdivision” over, not too far but definitely driving distance. The location is safe and close to food and stores however it is not what I would consider “close” to Disney parks as the listing mentions. It takes at least 30 minutes, depending on what time of day you leave- could be closer to 45 minutes. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for me and I would stay in this condo again!
