This perfect 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home is furnished with two master suites, large kitchen and is nicely decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind. Along with all the comforts of home we also have the added security of a gated community, with free parking throughout the resort.

We pride ourselves in keeping our home updated and clean. We have recently renovated the bathrooms and they are amazing.

Our home has everything you need while visiting worry free to the theme parks and attractions of your choice.

Great Property Less Than Thirty Minutes From Everything!
Chose this property due to it's relative close proximity to everything. Actioned Disney, Universal, Shopping and Dining all within less than 30 minutes from the property.Everything was clean and in good working order. John was a great host.Highly recommend.

Perfect for Orlando visit
The house had everything we needed for our 8-night stay. We have twin 8-year-old boys, and they absolutely loved the pool (we did pay extra to heat it, and it was worth it!). The only downside is that there is no view from the pool, only a wall to provide privacy for neighbours, but it seems that most of the houses in the community are like that. There’s a pool table in the games room, which allows extra space to hang out. The clubhouse facilities are also excellent. We used the pool, basketball court and tennis court. The bar was closed due to renovation during most of our stay, so can’t comment on that. Overall, the community is well-kept and perfect for access to Disney. Jeff was very quick to communicate and very helpful.

The home itself was beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. Great graduation gift
I came with my family for my commencement ceremony celebrating my Master's degree. Jeff was extremely communicative and his response was always quick. My nephew liked the Mickey Mouse room and the game room. My sister, mother and I enjoyed the pool. It is minutes from the Disney Parks which was great for my parents who have mobility issues. I was able to leave the park when they were tired and ready to leave and drop them off at the house and return within an hour. The neighborhood is very safe and in close proximity to all the things you need. Warning: The Walmart is crazy. Go to Publix instead. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and very comfortable. Thank you Jeff!

Wonderful villa, 10 out of 10
Immaculate villa with all we needed and more. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The pool was lovely and big enough for several people to swim in without feeling crowded. Location is excellent, a few miles away from Disney and restaurants and shops on the 192. Clubhouse has a large communal pool, Tiki bar and shop, very friendly staff. Would not hesitate to stay here again. This was our third stay at Windsor Palms, very secure gated resort and clean and quiet surroundings. 10 out of 10.

Quick Trip
Stayed a very short time but we all enjoyed the pool. Sleeping situation was comfortable for everyone. Home awner was very quick to respond to any questions. Front gate staff was very friendly. We didn't spend any time at the recreation pool/ splash pad. One night we spent some time at Basketball Courts for kiddos to play but seemed a little clicky and a little uncomfy/ chaotic for us. Home was very clean and otherwise super happy and would definitely come back again! Our days were very full :) Tips for next peeps would be to bring condiments! We've stayed at alot of rentals. Some have them some dont. Even packets would be great. . . We'll be back :) :)

We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. With a family of 5 with 3 teenagers it was nice to have distance. The pool was a little chilly but the weather was cloudy most of the time. Overall a great stay.

We loved staying in this home. The host was very quick to respond to any questions throughout the booking and the vacation. The home is just as it is pictured and actually felt a bit more spacious than we even imagined. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Jackpot!
I feel like we really "hit the jackpot" when we found this rental. The home is super clean, exactly as shown, and located in a central spot where it feels like you're miles away from all of the chaos, but you're really staying smack in the middle of it all. My first priority when I look for a rental is finding one with recent high cleanliness ratings. Although the home itself seems a bit older, the owner has really kept up with everything, and the cleaning crew seems to be keeping up quite nicely. They also leave you with a few cleaning supplies in case you need them during your stay. The house itself is exactly as shown and described. We traveled only with adult-aged kids this time, but the home would also be great for families with small kiddos. Not only do they provide lots of baby/toddler-friendly items, but there are no stairs and alarms on all doors leading from the house to the pool deck. And let me tell you, the pool alarms are LOUD. No one is getting out there without the whole neighborhood knowing about it. Finally, the property is located in a beautiful gated community with sidewalks, a club house, community pool, and lots of other resort-like features. We visited Disney on this trip and were no further than 20 minutes away from anything (even with Orlando traffic)! All in all, we had a great trip and are happy that Jeff and Diane shared their property with us. We hope to be back again soon!!

The precheck-in communication was clear concise and easy to follow. Text messages and e-mail was quickly responded to. The electronic Door locks were easy to open. The parking in front of the unit was wonderful. The unit was well looked after, decorated, with amenities to keep your stay enjoyable. The home was spacious, private, clean and had a nice layout for our family.

Feels like home... but better!
What a great stay! The home was everything as described and was perfect for our multi generational family to have a fun vacation together. Hosts were completely committed and accessible for questions and help if needed. Getting to and from Disney was easy. The home was so comfortable and everything we needed was right there. The main clubhouse and pool area had so many things to do, that we didn't get to half of it. If we come back to this area again next year for more Disney - we will go back in a heartbeat. It genuinely felt like home... but better! Well Done!
