Beautiful clean house we enjoyed it
I enjoyed the state of the ark speaker system inside and out and in the movie room, the refrigerator freezer didn’t work but they had a substitute freezer overall it was a very nice stay and I love the style and atmosphere of the house from the way the lighting is set up.

NOTHING WORKS
Backyard was smaller then expected but overall was a fun set up. Inside was a different story. 1. toilet bowl would not flush/ needed new pump, then leaked the whole trip had to use hallway one. 2. plunger not cleaned when i pulled it out of what it was wrapped stuff flew all over the bathroom 3.sonos had to be re-wired took 3 hours 4. grill caught on fire and did not heat evenly 5. freezers not working / had to use a portable one 6. fridge and other appliances outdated and worn 7. remotes did not work in all rooms 8. washing machine did not work when we called them no one returned our call or fixed the machine 9. movie theater was not explained to us so we could only use it once when we figured it out. Even the maintenance team said that alot of the appliances needed to be replaced Someone should check all these items before people move in, they should also have someone meet us there to review and show us how everything works

Decent stay
Overall we had a good stay. Some of our issues included no hot water when we arrived (luckily someone realized this before we all had to shower), the freezers were not working (they had a chest freezer in the kitchen as a "fix"), no ice, overall the place needs some TLC - chipped cabinets, dirty outside fridge, etc.

Beautiful House, but a la carte
The home is very large and beautiful. However, I’m everything is extra. If you want the fire pit and hot tub to work, we had to pay an extra $450 for 5 days. If you want access to the fitness area, community pool, or tennis courts advertised, be prepared to pay giant fees, as nothing is included. Very dissapointing to be nickle and dimed when spending so much on a vacation rental.
