This isn’t truly a resort but they sure have a resort fee. As soon as we checked in we had a person in the lobby trying to hassle us into a time share that was a first for us. We watched them enter a room that had a do not disturb sign on which could have been anything but oddly enough when I came back from my event that night the lights were all on in my room… I even unscrewed a light bulb and that light was screwed back in and turned on… so either they have ghosts or they are entering your room when you leave. It’s basically a motel 6 kind of feel with kid toys. Definitely not like advertised as others said.

This property is located in a great area with easy access to Disney and all the other theme parks in the area. It had so much for kids to do. My granddaughter didn’t want to go to the room. Breakfast was also very good. The front desk was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend and will stay there again!

We enjoyed our time. Our room and hotel were very clean. They have many toys & activities for kids. Parents of young kids would benefit most from all their play areas. Breakfast was great. Our only issue was high pressured from a staff member walking around pool area to attend an open house for a neighboring timeshare property. We were polite at first but had to get firm with our No before she walked off. It wasn’t a huge issue but put a bad taste in our mouth about returning, which we had planned to do in a few months.

GUYS PLZ DO NOT GO HERE. Today is my first day coming from Tampa, to enjoy my Orlando Universal trip for 4 days, While booking online it said breakfast to be 6:30-9:00am When checking in the lady was very very rude and told me NO , only 7. They provide shuttles that you take at 7 am so it is impossible for a person to take a shuttle and have breakfast at 7am Very rude customer service. Charged an extra 100$ fee which was NOT specified in the app as well. This place is Terrible. Only the first day and i had a terrible experience. No microwave or robes like said on descriptions and pictures!! Room service? forget it, we stayed for 4 days and had room service only 1 time

The staff and cleaning service were impeccable! We were all served with great excellence! Always smiling and cheerful! The laundry area is nice, but to get supplies you need coins, which was not so convenient! The Resort looks better in the photos than in reality, the pool is not very good for small children, but we had fun! The mandatory Resort fee was not a good deal for us, out of 7 days we only used 2. I would appreciate a policy of paying only for the day to use the Resort facilities. The breakfast is simple but delicious, we had fun with the characters during breakfast! I would not stay again just because the mandatory Resort fee.
