The hotel itself is a really great value. Motel style layout with nice amenities. Clean safe and great theme for children. Do not really like the resort fee add on but it is in line with what most of the other properties in the area charge. The biggest problem is that the room was described as having an additional seating area which i needed due to surgery The front desk said they do not have any rooms with chairs or additional seating.

The pool was excellent and beautiful. Lots for kids to do there. The room was old, furniture / tub and everything in the room was clearly old and had marks and stains and chip paint etc. all over them. The beds were comfortable but were not attached to the headboard and it kept moving away from the headboard. Also they had music playing by the pool and would randomly have Christian music playing which I thought was not appropriate, seems like they were low key trying to convert people and assumption that everyone is Christian too. Staff was great - was a great distance from Disney. Mixed feelings on stay.

To start Expedia did not mention a $100 deposit due at check-in. And upon driving up I was not expecting to stay at an old motel renovated. Lobby is pretty & modern but the rooms have like 50 layers of paint. Lack of maintenance in the room from loose faucets with reverse polarity to broken blow dryers made it a bit frustrating on a day to day basis. Cleaning staff do not speak English so they don’t follow/understand simple instructions. The breakfast doesn’t even run the full length of time posted. I got there well before they closed and everything was already picked up. And what hotel charges $10 if you don’t return the room key (piece of plastic). Great location but I would never stay there again unfortunately. That was a one and done.
