My daughter and I had the best time during our stay at Magic Moment Resort. Our room was beautiful and had plenty of towels, but what really sold us on this property was how kid-centered it was. There is a gorgeous outside play area full of toys and activities for kids to play with. My daughter loved it so much that she begged me to stay on property on our third day, instead of going to Disney as planned. The free breakfast amenity was lovely and they brought out both Mickey and Minnie mouse! It looked like they were still renovating some of the hotel, so I am excited for what we will find during our future stays. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful with any questions or concerns. Bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. The only critique I have is that the sink did not have any hand soap and the floors were a bit dirty, but other than that, we had the best time and will definitely be back. I recommend this hotel for anyone with young children :)

Overall great experience for what it is. Playground facilities were nice and clean and well kept. The kids club is fully outside, and most things are locked up could have been time of year that I went. There's a lot of potential to be a very cute hotel/resort when staying off Disney property. Overall for the value great experience in Victor was amazing upon check-in.

The property is old and smell. The water taste and smell muddy, the ceiling of the property is cracking and falling off debris. The only thing I’m happy about is the breakfast. Notes: pictures online is not reflect actual pictures. Therefore, don’t be fool by the pictures. It didn’t show the complete of the property. You will be disappoint when you see with your own eye. Overall is not a hotel, but instead it more like a Motel than a hotel.
