This is a good place. Had to evacuate from hurricane Milton and stayed here. It was quiet, clean, comfortable beds, and the guy checking us in was nice and polite. Yes I would stay here again and recommend for staying here! 😁

Staff immediately gave us reimbursement when we walked into room and decided we couldn’t stay due to bugs. We stood in lobby line for over an hour just trying to check in. One worker said “We don’t even have enough room for the reservations in line.” It was odd but glad we got money back.

The Staff was awesome. The hotel need a horrible upgrade. You pay for what you get. But come on. Do room by room or something. It was durubg the Hurricane. I just didn't have many choices. Look b4 purchase. You most likely will run. .

It's was sub par
Found this place to go to while evacuating for hurricane Milton. Picture definitely make it look way better than it is. The room was not very clean. Roof leak spots. Crumbs and dirty in corners of room. Walls dirty. Broken drywall. No coffee maker or microwave in room. Breakfast was probably the worse looking breakfast and they wanted $9.99. But the staff was amazing and my daughter and I did feel safe. Plus dog friendly.

The room looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the website. There was no towels or wash clothes. When I called I was told I'd have to come get them. The fridge was moldy and so was the cabinet it was on. There were water marks on the carpet from were water had been coming in the door. When I brought it to their attention the maintenance guy removed the damage door strip leaving an even bigger gap and brought back towels and said that was the best they could do. During the hurricane we also found out the window leaked. I called 4 times throughout day 2 trying to get toilet paper for our room, no one answered, so I went down to the lobby and stood there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. And then they charged us $25 a day for amenities when they have NONE. The pools were down, there was no vending machine, no restaurants or general store. Which is everything they advertised the charge was for. Turns out they haven't been open for years. Oh and a roach crawled out of the shower nozzle when my son turned the water on. The only positive things I have to say about this hotel is the guy who checked us in was nice, there was at least an ice machine, and our room didn't have bedbugs.

Avoid if you can
Building and room was in terrible condition. Room smelled bad, carpet stained and dusty, fridge and sprinkler system rusted. No smoke detector. Bed was at least clean and comfortable. Staff was nice, but check-in very slow.

Extremely disappointed. Two pools both closed. Stated due to hurricane was not relayed prior to arrival. Staff rude when arrived. Qrrived at 245 and was advised had to wait til exactly 3 to check in. Expedia had one charge they had another charge. Toilet broken. Maintence came and still broken. Door wouldnt lock. Knew 4 people and only 2 towels. Cobb webs in corners of room. Blanket had stains and nothing to them very thin. Tv not working right. Lines across it. Very upsetting 😞 not at all expected.

While I was checking in there were multiple coming back to the office asking for refunds. Our room was dirty and had mold. The pool had so much dirt in the bottom that we didn’t even want to get in (and we didn’t). The “breakfast buffet” was literally only eggs, cold hash browns, microwaved pancakes and pre cooked bacon! Of course you have to pay before you get to see it but thankfully it was only $10. Still not worth it.

Stinky, smelly and old
This was a last minute reservation. Otherwise I would not have stayed. The rooms need to be fumigated and the paint needs to be scraped and replaced and the carpet needs to be pulled up and replaced everything in the room stunk of cigarette smoke from years and years of people smoking in the room. However, the bathroom was very clean the. The tub was freshly refinished and sealed and everything was very very freshly bleached. The towels and the linens were so bleached in fact that that was all that you smelled when you sat down or used anything near your face. So that could have been a little bit less. The hotels.com website is showing pictures of the main gate east like as if it was a new motel and it is it's not a new motels very old motel. There are not enough towels or toiletries and the coffee was not very good kind of coffee in the little mini coffee maker. I think very little effort is made to keep these rooms livable for families to visit Disney and stay somewhere on the cheap. However, anybody else who is going to stay there is going to be really disgusted. The outdoor hallways are were covered with vomit and debris from the hurricane. Many of the rooms were occupied by younger people on one of the couples was a John and a hooker and there were a couple of meth heads nobody in management is watching what's going on in the hotel. Would never stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Where do I begin? The line to check in was two hours long. Not enough staff to handle people tired from running away from Hurricane Milton. What did they expect? They were completely full!!! The first room we were offered had soaking wet carpet, which we did not realize until we took of our shoes. After many calls, we were finally offered another room. The carpet was still damp but not squishing through our toes. Then the fun really began....the bathroom door was not attached at the top hinge so there was no privacy to use the toilet. (I was traveling with a male friend, so that was interesting) The bathroom ceilings and light fixtures were completely rotten and rusty. The phone in the room did not work, so you could not call the front desk. I did not dare put any clothing into any of the drawers as they were nasty. Half the lights did not work. The only thing that seemed ok was the bedding. Thank God!

It took an hour to check in past midnight because it was understaffed to handle the people checking in after a day in the parks or arriving on a late flight. In the morning I realized we had no shower curtain in our bathroom but were running late and had to just shower without one.
