It was a nice facility. But during my stay the hallway air conditioner was not working. It was very hot getting and leaving the room. I felt that was unacceptable. When I complained at the front desk, she shrugged it off and made it sound like that was a common problem.

This resort was very beautiful, warm and welcoming. Every staff member I came in contact with was very kind. Ms Ana, the bartender at pool area, provided superb service to myself and others around me. She was very kind and attentive despite of all the walking she did back and forth in the Florida heat. My hotel room was very spacious and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. My only issue was that upon check in I noticed red ants entering the room from the balcony door. I didn't have any food being that I just had checked in. That's when I took notice that the floors had not been mopped or properly clean because there were small food particles and dirt leftover most likely from the previous guests. The ants were a sign that what sometimes "looks" clean is not necessary properly sanitized. I wiped the floor and there was plenty of dirt on the towel. I only stayed a couple of nights and did not want to ruin my stay by trying to switch rooms or waiting on maintenance to come spray toxic chemicals during my stay. After cleaning that area of the floor thankfully the ants seemed to have stopped. I didn't order room service because I was afraid that the ants would re-enter. It's Florida. So other than the ant issue, the hotel, staff and grounds are all awesome. Thinking this my be my repeat stay in the Orlando area!

Loved this place! Vacation vibes from start to finish. That drink at the start was delish. While the restaurant was good it was over priced. If you head over to the little deli like store you can grab a bagel and coffee. The proximity to the H2O is walking distance along with sunset. strip where
