This beautiful villa is located less than 5 miles from Disney in the gated resort community of Windsor Hills (the closest pool home community to Disney). Your vacation rental includes access to all of Windsor Hills' amenities free of charge. This includes the community pool and water park which is a short 5 minute walk away.

Enjoy all of the beautiful Florida sun with a south facing pool and spa. When you return from your day at the parks, enjoy your own "fireworks" show in the pool. The custom pool surface features Cinderella's Castle with fireworks climbing up the pool wall. Your kids will never want to get out.

Speaking of the pool, it has a premium saltwater system. Stop swimming in over chlorinated pools that burn your eyes. Saltwater systems use a computer and electrolysis to control pool hygiene. Most vacation home pools are visited by a pool guy once a week that dumps tons of chlorine into the pool so that it lasts until he returns the next week. Those pools smell of chlorine and burn your eyes. A saltwater system is like swimming in saline. The water has a soft and silky feel. Saltwater systems are also better for your skin and hair because the chlorine level is properly controlled. Once you swim in a saltwater pool, you'll never want to rent a non-saltwater pool again.

Since the house is perfectly south facing, the covered lanai offers excellent shade all-day for those who need a little reprieve from the sun's rays. The lanai ceiling fan creates a cool breeze when needed. The pool is set surrounded by hedges creating some relative privacy. There is also a security fence for safety (rolled out of the way for pictures).

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast nook provides a nice spot for quick meals before heading to the parks. Counter top appliances include a Keurig machine in addition to the normal coffee pot, kettle, toaster and blender.

Just past the kitchen is a dining room with seating for eight. A highchair is available for younger guests. We also provide a pack-n-play and strollers that may be taken to the parks.

Connected to the dining room is the living room and 65 inch Smart TV. Feel free to use your Netflix or Disney+ account to watch movies and television shows.

The downstairs features three bedrooms. The two master suites are closest to the pool with doorways off of the living room. These suites feature king beds, TVs, dual sink bathrooms, walk in closets, water closet and tiled showers.

The third downstairs bedroom is a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom and bathroom with a king size bed. The bathroom has two doors and serves as the primary bathroom for the downstairs living area. The bedroom has a nice size closet and TV.

The two upstairs bedrooms are the inspiration behind the Princesses Assemble name. These rooms feature a Princess and Marvel theme. We hope your kids will enjoy having twin beds, TV and a fun décor.

Finally, no Florida home would be complete without a game room. The Toy Story themed, air-conditioned room includes a foosball, air hockey and pool tables. There is also a washer and dryer for doing any laundry during your stay.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property has a Ring doorbell device and exterior security cameras facing the front outdoor entry, driveway and sides of the home. The cameras DO NOT look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed.

RENOVATIONS

We pride ourselves in continuously renovating and trying to improve our guests' experience. Below is a list of recent renovations.

January/February 2020: Themed bedrooms (Marvel, Princesses & Mickey), new bedding for master bedrooms, 55" smart TVs for master bedrooms, 65" smart TV for living room, new ceiling fans installed in downstairs bedrooms, living room & lanai, new living room furniture, fresh paint in kitchen, dining room, entry way, hallways and living room, kitchen remodel (granite counter tops, tile back splash, new cabinet doors), new cabinet doors in bathrooms, new kitchen table & chairs, new carpeting throughout, dishes, Keurig machine, new linens & towels.

July 2020: Pool converted to a saltwater system, master bedrooms repainted (new furniture ordered and arriving in October).

August 2020: Game room re-themed to Toy Story. Replaced the ceiling fans in game room. Painted kids bathrooms to incorporate theme from bedrooms.

October 2020: New furniture installed in master bedrooms. Both have USB ports for charging electronics. The gray set has built in wireless qi charging spots and LEDs in headboard. Master bathrooms repainted and new artwork installed. Entryway redecorated with new artwork, table and bench. Ring doorbell and outside cameras added for safety.

November 2020: New lighting installed in kitchen and dining room. Auto dusk to dawn switch added to outside lights.

January 2022: New whole house AC units for upstairs and downstairs

June 2022: Air conditioning added to game room.

January 2023: Replaced dining room furniture, Mickey bedroom furniture, Princesses dresser & nightstand and Marvel dresser & nightstand.

September 2023: Added Hidden Mickey game to house.

December 2023: Resurfaced pool adding Cinderella’s Castle and fireworks. Painted exterior. New patio furniture.

January 2024: Added a foosball table to the game room
