I think this place knows that their location is so convenient for tourists that they don't have to try to maintain the place. Three years ago the place was old but super affordable and clean. This time around the place was humid, dirty and looked like it was falling apart. A few of the doors that were supposed to be key access only were propped open, elevator was broken, metal bed frame was falling apart, and our room didn't even have a phone! Staff was on top of laundry and nice enough to help us sort out a booking issue but aside from that this place is not worth the money

I stay here Everytime I head to Florida I never have any issues it's reasonably priced, the staff is friendly, the rooms could always use a slight update but they're clean

Convenient location but it smelt in facility, toilet hit wall with any movement, run down, mini fridge barely worked, ac unit - knobs broken barely able to make changes on temp. Staff needs to be more professional if you are going to work in hospitality atmosphere.

First room we have gotten toilet seat was broken. The floor wasn’t mopped. It had ants in the sink.tv didn’t work didn’t give enough wash rags and towels . They changed our room . The second room was ok but still look like it haven’t been clean properly. The whole hotel look outdated .i won’t want no one else to stay here

Showed up a little early in hopes of checking in prior to going to Halloween Hooror Nights. Was told she could not check us in yet but it would be no problem at all to check in upon our return at 2:30am as there is someone there 24/7. When we returned the lobby was open but no eployees there. Other guests eere waiting and said they were told it would be hours before the morning shift came in. So we had no where to stay and just drove the 2 hours home instead. Very disappointed.

BEWARE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
It was terrible first room smelled like mold as soon as I walked into it had an allergic reaction went all the way down to the office as there was no phone in my room either to get another room this time the room didn’t have fridge had to wait 2 hours for them to take one from another room it was a nightmare … I will never stay at this place ever again I’ll spend the extra 10 or 15 bucks and stay elsewhere!!!

The only thing good there are the employees!!! Theyre really nice and helpful. The tv disnt work and they had to replace, it smelled bad, there was a hairball stuck to the bottom of the toilet, blood on the wall, refrigerator leaked, we were only given 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for a room for 4 ppl. The only employee that wasnt good was our housekeeper. She was obviously lazy. I asked her for more towels and she put on a stank face and said she only brought up enough for her rooms. She then had someone else bring them 20mins later. I went and bought wash rags, and things to put on our pillows andnstuff because if she was that lazy, i didnt want to take a chance of sleeping unprotected with 2 lil babies. We came there to escape hurricane Milton. Other than that. Im grateful the other staff were great and we had somewhere safe to be.
