I paid for a premium room and they gave me a reg room. Then the toilet didn’t flush. They moved us to another reg room and I told them I paid for a premium. The lady at the desk was nice and said I would be reimbursed the difference but don’t see it on my statement yet. Seen a couple roaches in my friends room.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS OR PICTURES! I booked this property based on the positive reviews and nice pictures. They are lies. Paid for the room at the property and went to the room. On the way to the room, we saw a cat sitting in the window of one of the rooms. That was the first clue this establishment rents long term or week to week. When we got to the room, it was absolutely atrocious to put it mildly. The room stank to high heaven and the floor seemed like it had been flooded because the flooring was buckled throughout the room. I went immediately back to the front desk and told the attendant that the room was not going to work for us and requested a refund. The clerk was nice about it and refunded the room. While I was in the office, there was a woman that came in and asked to pay for her room for the week. That was the second clue it was a long term or week to week place. Not that there is anything wrong with that but it was a very nasty place. We left there and walked to the Holiday Inn that sits in front of this one and stayed there. A much better place albeit more expensive. Money well spent.

Description said the room Had a microwave and picture of the room had a small dorm size refisgerator with a freezer. There was no microwave and the smallest mini fridge I’ve ever seen in my life. I checked to make sure we were in the right room and staff said yes.
