My key card got demagnetized several times during my stay. I felt unsafe having to walk over to guest services constantly especially at night. I dealt with an older black woman who was absolutely amazing and she held her composure when the person in front of me in line was being nasty to her. She is very sweet. She was the only positive during my stay.

We booked this last minute. Coming back from a cruise & heading over to Orlando the next day. We have stayed at the Motel 6 in Cocoa Beach & haven't had an issue so we thought we'd give this one a try. Big mistake, as I was checking in the peoole in front of us were basically getting it on in the lobby. Then in the room, it had a funky smell. On the tub of the shower was someones nose piercing, ew! We didn't notice it until bedtime & we were exhausted, we just didn't tough it. The next morning when both our son & daughter took their showers their towels had hair all over them, not any of our hairs either, as one was a long jet black hair, my hair is long but dirty brown & my daughters is blonde. I know you get what you pay for. We also saw tiny ants near the sink but I know that can happen anywhere, as we occasionally have them at our house.

Worse service , i booked 2 rooms with hotels.com and the front agent was telling me that they only gave me one room amd that they had more rooms but not for the same price i paid so i agreed to check into the one room wit 5 of us and the room smelled like smoke and small and not clean so then i went to the front desk n checked out and had to get another hotel to accommodate the two rooms i needed. If your wit ur family especially kids i dont recommend this hotel at all

The first room we stayed in the sink was leaking very bad. Water was running all the way to the front door. But the bathroom was a deal breaker. When showering it wasnt cleaned properly. A lot of long blonde/brown hair was all on the shower walls. My hair is black btw. When taking a shower the water wouldn't go down causing the tub to be stopped up. I was bashing in my own dirty water. It also had a lot of rust on the tub. Voiced my concerns to the staff on duty, it took several hours for them to change my room to an updated room downstairs due to them being booked. After that my stay was ok. Loved the location since it's located within less than 5 mins walking distance to old town, fun spot, dollar tree, a variety of food trucks, mc donalds,burger King and red lobster. Overall probably wouldnt stay there again.
