This was our second stay at this particular Hilton property. The staff were professional, accommodating, informative, and wiing to aceess any issues immediately. The only drawbacks were the room cleanliness of our suite. I stopped my wife several times from sweeping debris throughout the suite. We had to change our socks several times our first day walking on the floors. Mainly in the corners, bathroom, and common areas. We found hair, dead bugs, and a huge spider and web in the top corner behind the entry door. We were unable to agree on a time for the custodial staff to come clean the room with our schedule. I hope someone reads this and identify the issues before another family stays in the room.

I recently stayed at Hilton Mystic Dunes with my family to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday. We were a group of 10, staying from October 13 to October 18th 2024. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standard we expected. During our stay, we encountered several cockroaches in the room, which was distressing for the entire family. Additionally, housekeeping services were delayed and inconsistent, which added to our discomfort. We chose Hilton for this special occasion, expecting a memorable and pleasant experience. I hope you can address these concerns to ensure future guests do not face similar issues.

Lots to love about this place. Important to note that this is not a hotel. This is a resort community. There are huge advantages to this: our room was giant. Perhaps 1000 ft.² or more. The staff seemed great and it had other hotel amenities like Fitness center. However, everything is driving, and you are in a suburban neighborhood. Our place seemed brand new in many ways. It felt like we were the first ones there. Having a kitchen was huge and saved us hundreds The two bedrooms meant that travelling with teens was a breeze rather than feeling like we were living on top of each other Was nice to have the option of a pool across a path from our place but also a bigger one a 10 minute walk or two minute drive away that had an awesome waterslide Would gladly stay here again

Like: very spacious and quiet, great location in close proximity of all Disney parks. Polite staff. Full size kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and plenty dishes and utensils. Washer and dryer in the suite. Dislikes: we paid extra for golf course view suite but suite 21207 had no golf course views. We could only see trees and bushes. The shower in master bedroom makes piercing noises when in use. The decor of the room is also different from the photos posted by Expedia. We should be refunded by Expedia of the price differences that we paid for the “golf view”. The kitchen did not have some basics like an egg whisk or oven mitten. It didn’t have glass or Tupperware for food storage. It would be helpful if they had listed all kitchen items in the property descriptions.
