The property was rundown and dirty old,the swimming pool dirty water green. furniture run down,beds not comfortable,dirty sheets and bedspread ,washer and dryer not working. i feel like my family was not please with this property at all. I paid a lots of money for a run down property.Need some money return back to me .

Mostly good
The house was clean as much as a housekeeper can get it cleaned with normal equipment. Carpets, especially the stairs, need a deep carpet cleaning. Saw one roach in the closet where furnace is so got killer at Lowe’s on the way home one day but never saw any other bugs. Listing is accurate for number of bed rooms and how many it sleeps. Was great for our family of 18. Comes with basic (and household washer cleaned) white bath towels but no hand towels or wash cloths excellent one hand towel and one kitchen towel. Had dish soap and one hand bar soap per bathroom, need to bring shampoo, shower soap, etc. House may have been brand new in Jan 2020 but the towel racks and refrigerator handles are coming loose and one faucet handle wasn’t working right. Pool/ spa was fine for the kids. Did have a broken paver in the spa and the filter cover in the spa was broken. The (inactive) security alarm started beeping two mornings around 5am, waking the people up who were on the first floor. After the first morning, contacted security system company, owner and maintenance. Maintenance came at 11pm that night so we sent them away because it was so late and contacted again the next day. Alarm panel was removed after the second contact by maintenance in the middle of the day. We went over Thanksgiving so the neighborhood got busy and noisy until around 10:30pm. Typical noise and shenanigans from people drinking and gathering but was mainly on Thurs and the weekend. Some car alarms went off in the middle of the night but not every night. Overall the house was good and was nice to have a single gathering place for the whole family.

The worst rental property
The property was not clean properly blankets dirty carpet not vacuum the property had holes on the walls the pool jets were not functioning not working and had to call them to come and clean the pool because we arrive and pool was dirty, some of the blankets dirty we had to call them they to bring clean ones on the kitchen area one drawer was broken in the doors upstairs and the some of them the lights were not functioning not working and in the living room upstairs, my first and last reservation for that particular property.

Property in terrible condition
This property was very poorly maintained. All table games in game room were near collapsing. Paver edge of pool was loose or missing. Blood on the carpet, several chairs were broken, holes in the wall, glass table was cracked. Spa was broken 4 days of our 9 day stay. My general impression is this property was set-up for long weekend college kid party and treated and maintained as such. Not for families seeking a clean, quality vacation home.

Far from ideal
We chose this property based on the pictures of the home and the 5 star reviews so we were more than shocked at the condition of the property upon arrival. The pictures shown did not reflect the condition of the property. Dirty, stained carpet and tile, chipped/scuffed walls, and old/stained bedding were the biggest complaints. The backyard area was disgusting. Garbage and items left by the previous guests were laying everywhere. I complained to management and they were quick to address the situation. However, the outdoor chair cushions were ripped up and very worn and pool was cloudy and dirty (we own a pool and know what the pool water should look like). Pictures of property are FAR from accurate. We were very disappointed with the condition of this rental and would never recommend friends or family to stay here.

Family Gathering
This house was exactly like the pictures. It was perfect for our family of 16. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved all the comfortable king size beds. The living room & dining room had plenty of seating for all of us. The kids enjoyed the game room, hot tub & pool. Kitchen was big enough for several of us to cook together. One suggestion would be to remove the patio blinds and just use curtains. We had a great time with all of us under one roof. Thank you for sharing your house!!

Great location
This house was lovely and very comfortable. The only issue we had is the home was not as clean as I would have hoped it to be. It had been cleaned, but it seemed more of a quick wipe. However this may have been unusual as we were checking in the home on a holiday and coming off of a holiday week. Overall we were very pleased and impressed with the home and would definitely recommend. We would also stay here again ourselves.
