There's enough space for 11 guests and it comes with a large sundeck featuring a swimming pool and hot tub. The home also includes a games room with billiards, foosball and more. Our guests also get free access to the clubhouse, which has a lazy river, waterslide, heated resort pool, spa, fitness center, playground and more!
The Space:
You'll love soaking up the Florida sunshine from the back patio deck of this 5-bedroom home. Imagine sipping a cool drink while you stretch out on a sun lounger. Enjoy a dip in your private swimming pool to cool off, or just relax in the bubbles of your jacuzzi hot tub. Carefully placed landscaped hedges provide privacy and the screened-in feature keeps the bugs out.
Had enough sun for the day? No worries, the entertainment continues inside! Step inside the garage-turned-games room for a friendly game of billiards, foosball or hot shot hoops. Don't worry there's still plenty of parking space on the driveway. And, if these games aren't your thing, we've got you covered with the smart TVs that come with Netflix, and complimentary high speed internet connection.
The ground level of the home features the primary bedroom, while all the other bedrooms are upstairs. The bathrooms are all newly renovated with beautiful marble finishing, spacious showers with rainforest shower heads, and bidets.
You'll also find the main living area on the ground level, as well as the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen boasts top of the line appliances, spacious countertops and plenty of cupboard space. The living room has a comfy plush modular sofa and a smart TV with Netflix.
Our guests get access to the Solterra Resort, which has some of the area’s best facilities. The super modern and beautifully furnished clubhouse has a fitness center with TechnoGym equipment and more than enough stations to ensure a thorough workout. There is also a community trail, perfect for running, skating, or biking. Opposite this is a comfortable lounge area where you can grab a coffee, watch a little TV, and it can also be used for private events. The covered, comfortable seating area poolside has TVs and an open fire for those evenings when it’s cool enough. The pool is zero entry, perfect for younger children to paddle safely, and there is a water slide for super slippery fun. There are plenty of private cabanas available poolside, as well as sun loungers and a jacuzzi. The newest additions to the resort are the lazy river and poolside café serving drinks and meals all day. Out front of the clubhouse, there is a 5-a-side football area, a sand-based children’s play area, and to the rear, there are tennis courts.
The resort fee applies for the entire duration of your stay. It will be $37.45 for a group of 1-12 people, and $48.15 for a group of 13 and over.

* Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is day parking available at the clubhouse (no overnight parking).
* Please note commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Also, motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street-legal and registered like other motor vehicles.

Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.
Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.
Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall.

Please note that:
1. The BBQ Grill and pool light are currently out of service. Maintenance/repair is scheduled as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concern.
2. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal.
3. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
4. We're happy to deliver:
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
5. Please note there's a ring video recording doorbell at the front door for the safety of our guests.
6. Please note trailers and boats are not permitted in the neighborhood. Guests may be turned away at the resort gate if they attempt to enter with the disclaimed vehicles.
7. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
