We did not like anything. First room assigned was advised go to elevators and take up to our room. Went all the way out there with luggage to find elevator not working and desk knew about this. 2nd room given dirty walls. Door frame to room damaged. Dresser drawers broken. Thank God only stayed one night and left early next morning. Will never stay there again. Horrible choice...

The first day I came to check in they showed me a room way in the far back of the hotel. It was very creepy, dusty and dirty. I went back to the front desk to ask for another room and the second room was also very dirty with dust everywhere with an old basement smell. I went back to the front desk to ask for another room and this time they gave me a room that was already reserved for someone else because when I tried using the key card to open the door it wouldn’t open completely because someone was in there with the extra lock on the door. At this point I am very frustrated and, tired and upset. This was a family vacation and me and my family have been going from room to room for an hour now so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came and apologized and refunded me the cost of one night… He then sent us to a room with a much better view by the pool and a bit cleaner than the other rooms. Everything was ok until we arrived back at the room later on that night. The room reaped of an old wet basement smell. It was so bad that my husband started to get sick from it-coughing all night. They did not move us. On top of all of this- while we were sleeping someone tried to enter our room!!! I screamed and scared them away. The. Someone else came to our door knocking. Wee did not answer the door. The next morning we reported this to the manager and he said that it was someone who accidentally came to the wrong room… but this persons key card worked… NEVER AGAIN. The bed sounded and felt like I was on springs, the floor of the shower appeared dirty, crumbs by microwave, floor stains and sticky. Had on white socks and they were dirty from walking around. Mold around wall…. Didn’t stay and had to pay more for another hotel.
