This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath townhome was built in 2019 and is professionally decorated with all the comforts of home. The spacious home includes a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is dining seating for 8 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. All cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience.

Lounge around after a long day at the parks in the open floor plan gathering room featuring 2 sofas and a large 50-inch flat screen TV with blu-ray DVD player. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy your very own private Splash Pool with screened enclosure that also has a 1/2 bath.

Mostly as advertised
Basically only there to sleep. Plenty of room for five of us. Wish there were some things included, like soap, garbage bags, etc. including a floor plan/layout would be nice also. The rooms with 2 beds are deceiving until you see them. Corners of bathrooms not cleaned. Cheap sofa main floor with damaged cushions. Master bath toilet paper roll coming detached from the wall. Overall good to great place to stay for the price. Just needs a little more attention to details before I’d rate it excellent.

BEWARE OF CONSTRUCTION.
While the Solara Resort is beautiful, clean and well-managed, pool and pool area is gorgeous, fitness center has something for every level of workout skill, it was the constant excavating construction within a 100 feet out the back of our rental that was disturbing. There is a new resort being built behind this rental and the excavation went from 6:45 a.m. to sometimes 7:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and a lot of Saturdays. We checked in February 7th and they were just starting and we checked out March 31st and they were still there. There was constant dirt on the back patio as well as in the pool. After a while we didn't even enjoy sitting outside by the pool because we couldn't hear our music or talk to each other because of the noise. Visitors didn't want to sleep at the back of our rental cause they didn't want to get woken every morning so early. After a while we did complain to the management company that we should never have been put in that unit based on the fact that we were LONG TERM renters and had to put up with that. They basically told us they were "unaware" that there was construction going on and we were out of luck. Solara Resort management told me that the rental management company we used was the WORST company around and not to use them again. We won't. The house was as pictured just wore out. Carpets could use a good cleaning, king size mattress could be replaced. Lots of space if you are bringing a group. Short walk to the pool and pool area. Just disappointed that our LONG TERM stay turned out the way it did because of the constant excavation. NOT going to rent this again next year because it will be the construction phase going on!

Nice condo in okay neighborhood
The condo itself was really nice but the residential atmosphere was not that great for a kid-friendly family. The overwhelming smell of marijuana and loud music was definitely geared more towards the younger crowds.

Perfect size and location
The house is big enough for all of us 7. Each room has its own bathroom which is a big plus. Just few things that needs minor fixing but maintenance came right away next day. Huge kitchen for meal preps and equipments and big dining area for family meals. Kids enjoyed the small lanai pool. Parking right in front of unit. Not far from Disney, shopping and markets. Solara resort pool and playground for kids were great entertainment for my two young grandkids. We had a cabana by pool with adequate social distancing. However, last two days there was power outage at our block for few mins, beyond their control. Highly recommend this unit. Thanks

Disney annual trip
This was our second year and we were very happy with our unit. It was very clean and we all felt very comfortable with how it was sanitized. We had a hard time getting ahold of anyone when we had questions. We ended up with a lot of dead end voicemails. One of our twin beds was broken but we just moved to another room. But with all the new changes due to the virus, we had a great time. We will definitely be back next year. Happy New Year!

Overall nice resort, but very busy. Very large area and still expanding.
The house photos did not meet real expectations. The carpets were very dirty and so was the couch and showed good amount of aging.

Very clean, comfortable condo w/ great amenities
8 of us stayed @ the condo for a volleyball tournament at the Convention Center so we were back & forth a couple times a day for a week & the drive to Orlando was easy. The condo was exceptionally clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. The kids loved the condo pool and also the main pool area and we appreciated there being beach towels so we didn't have to pack our own. We didn't know the surf machine cost extra - might want to advertise that point. The Solara neighborhood is very nice & close to a Publix & lots of places to eat but we were able to have breakfast & supper at the condo every night because it was so well appointed for our cooking needs. Check out was super easy. Access in & out of the condo is easy as well. I highly recommend this property & would stay there again.
