Great stay
We were 2 life long friends meeting for a one night visit (and a break from our husbands). The Palazza hsppened to be our mid-way point. The price was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. It had an amazing free breakfast. The pool was heated, cabanas sitting around the lake. All in all we couldnt have been more pleased.

We did a night’s stay here as we traveled through Orlando. We loved the rooms and breakfast was fantastic. They have taken care to go above and beyond in a lot of little details that make the place unique and a fun place to stay.

The hotel is very clean and the staff wa extremely helpful. My only complaints are my room phone was not work properly and there were no blankets in our room. I had to go and request blankets and when I did, one came with a hole it. Beside this issues everything went well.

Overall not a terrible stay but also not the best for a family with small children. I’d recommend this place for adults on a short trip. Cons: The room we stayed in had no tub and the walk in shower appeared like it was still in the process of being completed. There are not enough or conveniently placed outlets in the room to charge devices. And for some reason most of the things in our room was unplugged like the mini fridge and the room phone to name a few. Pros: The hotel is quiet which was nice for bedtime/ sleeping in. It’s near the parks and other stores/food places. The staff is nice.

It's more of a motel, than a hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor of building 3 and we got locked out on night after we returned to our hotel tired with a toddler and a baby. I had to walk all the way to the reception twice carrying my baby and the guy at the reception was upset that he had to come with me to unlock the room for us. Terrible service. The breakfast place is small and is overcrowded. I'm not sure how this place has an exceptional rating. It's very misleading.

This is a recently remodelled hotel. It looks old on thw outside, but new on the inside. They have smart tv on the room and breakfast from 7 to 9:30 am. I liked that it has some areas for the kids. There are somethings that they could do better: 1) the water in the bathroom comes out and the floor is completely wet after a shower. 2) the floor on the room.has humidity and if makes your feet get wet. 3) there is a sales person close to the reception that makes you lose your time offering some things that you don't need. You have to spend 90 minutes of your time with the promise of 150 gift. Too good to be true. It is just a waste of time and I consider this annoying, specially when you are on vacation trying to relax, you dont need somebody who talks and talks and make you lose your time.

Our stay was short but it was good, the attention upon arrival was pleasant and the room was clean, the only thing a little out of place was at breakfast time the next day, the place was very small and very uncomfortable to be able to get what you wanted to eat, few tables inside for the number of people.

The hotel was great and definitely plan to return if ever in the area again. The only concern was lack of fencing around the kids outdoor play area as it’s on a small patch of land between the lake and a small pond. Yes while you are with your child the whole time I would imagine if you have more than one child it’s hard to keep an eye on all of them at the same time. And drownings can happen very quickly in even a tiny bit of water.
