Not perfect, not terrible
Only have 2 complaints, the sliding glass door did not lock properly. There was a bar to help stop from opening. The hot water was hard to find. You had to get the faucet just right or it was an ice shower. Otherwise the place was completely clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I love it!
The hotel is amazing, inside is even better than outside, great location. The staff very nice and friendly, specially a Brazilian lady that provided an extra mattress for me. I love the nice messages they have around the walls. I recommend it

It's a No for Me
This booking was a part of a road trip, so I actually stayed here twice within a matter of days because it was a convenient location when I was looking for a place to stay. However, my first visit was not the best evidence. Erick, at the front desk is not welcoming and not helpful; when I asked him questions he looked at me with arrogance on his face and it was unpleasant. To top it off, we asked for a late check out, which he said was available to us, only to have received a call from the front desk the next morning telling me I was supposed to check out the hour before; it took away from the experience as I had to settle the details with the front desk as I went to check out. Erick clearly did not add the notes to my account approving the late check out. I would not stay here again and would not recommend. The hotel itself is being renovated and opened during construction. The rooms are being updated and look decent. Breakfast is limited. Lots of parking. Getting into the lot to get to the hotel was a bit confusing. Not a great experience overall.

I was greeted by Erick, who at first seemed helpful, but that quickly changed. Erick kept grilling me and asked me to reconfirm all details of my stay, which was already saved in the system. And when I answered and he didn't hear my statements, he looked at me with an arrogant look on his face. After finally completing check-in, Erick said my room is located in another building; when I asked how to get to it, he said to drive near the gates, which was not even close, I had to drive halfway down the parking lot for the closest entrance to the room. The hotel itself, the turn into the lot seems semi-hidden and if you miss it you have to go all the way back around, the main entrance is blocked and you have to go through security gates and hit the button for it to open, then drive around to what looks to be the back to get to the reception. There were no signs with the hotel's nameafter going through the gates, so at first we weren't sure if we were in the right location. The room looked a bit out of sorts, the furniture was damaged and looked unappealing. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and ample parking. Breakfast was limited. If you're looking for a convenient place in close proximity to the Disney attractions and want a reasonable price, this hotel is passable. Otherwise, stay somewhere else. Would not recommend.

They had a check in end time, which people miss when booking the hotel. When tried to contact they were not answering the phone. It created some anxiety before our trip. Otherwise everything was very good.

Nice hotel. Nice and clean and rooms are modern. Friendly Staff, we stayed here for 2 nights. There was a a good breakfast and the outdoor pool was Heated which was a bonus. The only down side was this is a Totally None Smoking Hotel, this was Fine with me but my partner being a smoker had to go go outside the grounds to smoke. Otherwise this is a Really nice hotel.

We absolutely enjoyed the property installations. Only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because I didnā€™t get the room that I selected on the description with the pictures. I would only recommend to stay in this hotel if youā€™re making sure you are getting the room that you were watching the pictures from.

We stayed 8 nights in different rooms (we weā€™re 5) First they have that cleaning thing of every 3 do cleaning; if u ask me only 1 time they did in the 8 nights. You had to beg for toilet paper as well. And the worst thing ever we got stuck at Orlando for the Milton hurricane; we asked what's the protocol because our flight was canceled and we ask if we could book for the extra days (which was from Wednesday to Sunday) they told us that they were sold out that they could not do anything and that we had to check out. We checked out a day before and they didn't even ask us why, just they didn't care. And breakfast was the same every day, quite limited without variety. In the end we found another hotel that when explaining they even gave us a really better rate for the situation.

Overall, peaceful. I got a room and one of my beds had a hole in it. I called to complain to avoid talking in the lobby. Three times, each time they said they would send someone up. I finally fell asleep. When i woke up in am, i had slid in the hole. I called again, but couldn't wait for someone because i had a funeral to attnd. I came back, mattress still there. I go to the lobby to complain and they switch our room. They attempted to switch to the 1st floor but the smell was horrible in that area. We ended up on the 5th. If you dont care about overall experience, take your chance. It is clean, buffet breakfast (only 1 meat and its pork), the lake area is nice but water muddy so no swimming, but they do have a lovely pool.

The staff was awesome and the decor was really nice. Having free breakfast was a plus as well. The room was spacious, had a nice balcony which I didnā€™t know until I got there. So that was an added bonus. The bathroom after day 1 had ants all over the floor. We didnā€™t have any food in there so it was odd and I am unsure where the ants came from. The beds are comfy and itā€™s super quiet. Outside of needing a little updating in small crevices the hotel wasnā€™t bad. All common areas were very clean and very nicely organized.

I was charged for a separate resort fee of $30 per day on top of the daily rate I reserved the room for that I was not aware of. Everything else about the hotel was very nice.
