THE SPACE:

Downstairs, you'll find two master bedrooms, both with a king-size bed and one with a convenient en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, seven bedrooms assure everyone gets a spot to lay their head at night. The relaxing tones and comfortable décor create the perfect atmosphere for a good night's sleep. Three of the bedrooms come with queen beds, one has a king bed and the others have either two double beds or two twin beds.

Beautiful home although the floors were not very clean on arrival. Yet we enjoyed the stay overall. The previous guess must have moved the Ping-pong table outside?? And the mops and broom closet was locked. But overall, this was a very nice home.

Stayed in two properties because the first one had a significant water leak which had been reported to the property management but no action taken. After much instance they moved us temporarily. Properties were run down. Most of the amenities were broken. Hot tub had cold water. Heating of the water cost extra!

Great place
Loved our stay at this house. Neighbors were very loud but there is nothing you can do about that! Loved they way the house was set up! Beds were super comfortable! Only suggestions would be to add a fridge in the garage and replace the toaster (it’s terrible). Oh and have the garbage instructions written out somewhere!

Champions Gate location is great, but....
The furnishings are showing signs of wear and tear/disrepair. But that is not the issue I had with the property. 1. I hate to say this but it's gotta be said... the property has a big problem with cockroaches and waterbugs! 2. The TVs 📺 do not work. The problem is too technical for the handyman to fix. I read reviews before I booked that complain of the same issue, I took it lightly. But after demanding from the management company every day that they come rectify the problem I came to the realization that they have no intention of repairing them. Since TVs nowadays are so technical, they have to hire a full time technician to run around to all their properties troubleshooting these finicky "smart" TVs.

Typically great stay at Champions Gate
We stayed four days in January, 2020. House was as described and was more than adequate for our needs. The only negatives would the be tvs were a bit small in some rooms and the channels were a bit hard to configure but that is not much of a problem to talk about! Beds/furniture were clean and comfortable. We have stayed many times in Champions Gate and the housing and amenities are awesome. Highly recommend.

Hot tub=pool
Wonderful house. If you plan to cook, bring everything you would use to cook with, including spices. If you want your hot tub to be hot, make sure you pay the fee charge a day for the heated pool before arriving. (They charged another fee service fee to come out after you checked in.) They don’t say it but the pool heat is the hot tub heat. Correspondence with their management was absurdly unprofessional and unsympathetic. Other than that, the home was amazing: showers were nice, beds were comfy, and its only a 15-20 min drive from Disney. Can’t complain.
