I did not like the high beds. Very difficult to get in and out of. I did not like the fact i could not get ahold of the front desk from the room. There were expired sodas in the vending machine. A tv guide menu should be provided in the room.better breakfast selection.

The property is conveniently located near several nice restaurants, and the landscaping around it is nice. However, the room itself needs some TLC. The mini fridge was unsteady, so I had to put something under one leg to make it steady, the bed was one of the firmest beds I've ever slept on, and the pillows are very flat & uncomfortable (thank goodness I bring my own!). The receptionist was not very friendly, a smile would go a long way to make guests feel welcome. We left at 0600, so I'm unable to rate the continental breakfast as it was open 0700 - 0900. (Most hotels have the breakfast served from 0600 - 0900, so that was a little disappointing also). We will probably choose another hotel the next time we visit friends in Altamonte Springs. Disappointing 😞

It was close to the place where I had treatment. What the property needs to improve on: fixing the sink faucet, the handle comes off .2. room has musty smell although the desk clerk changed the room for me. The second room has the musty smell too.3. maintenance staff can do a better cleaning.
