Welcome to our Florida Vacation Home. Home has been completely updated to meet Premier status! All the amenities of home, plus the private resort without the theme park rates. This 1,856 square foot Disney themed updated Town House is located in the beautiful Regal Palms Resort. You are close to all of the Orlando area parks and attractions, yet away from the heavy traffic of Irlo Bronson Parkway. Most importantly your vacation unit is located in Phase 1 of the resort - a short 2-3 minute walk from the great amenities at Regal Palms. This is a fully licensed rental unit and meets all requirements of Florida Hotel regulations. Regal Palms is just West of Disney off US 27 near US 192. You will find:

This unit is situated at just a 5 minute walk to the pool area. Ideal location, very spacious. The unit is very well equipped for kids of all ages. The owners are super sweet and responsive. Great place
Host were great and great at answering any questions we had for them. Dryer went out while there and they had a new one delivered, so we could get our laundry done before going on our cruise. Everything was wonderful.

Not ideal for families
They do not keep sufficient supplies in the kitchen (if you plan to cook) or in the laundry. The bathrooms also lack basic supplies. You will need to get everything including body wash, soaps,etc.

the property was comfortable and accommodating beside some of the check out rules as for the trash goes. The lazy river is killer of vacation that thing has a aera that riped the skin from my big toe thats still giving me problems today and I rented back in july Im looking for answers as to what caused this injury it needs to be fixed asap.

Wonderful house.
My grandchildren loved the Disney decorations! The house had all the necessary items for children -- pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, life jackets, beach toys, wagon, house toys. We had a wonderful stay -- just wish we could have had more time to enjoy the ammenities provided at this resort.

Best house, best hosts, amazing for families and kids!
The best! CLEAN: Floors spotless, no hair in the bathroom, no weird residue leftover! So clean. KIDS: Stayed w/ a baby and toddler. My toddler LOVED all the toys and books! We loved the highchair and baby gate! We put the crib right next to the bed at a higher setting like a bedside bassinet. The large bed worked well for cosleeping. Baths were easy to give in the master bath. Having laundry available was huge w/ kids. I had diapers delivered to the house with no issues. Life jackets and pool toys included. Perfect place for kids! COMFORT: Beds/furniture are super comfy. Good water pressure w/ adjustable shower heads, plenty of hot water. AC worked extremely well. The water/ice from the fridge was good (no weird taste, just refreshing). We did not use every TV, but the ones we did use were smart TVs or had Rokus. NO noise from other units! EXTRAS: 3 dishwasher tabs, small bottle of laundry detergent paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and garbage bags provided. SO nice to go home with clean clothes! HOSTS: Pam promptly answered all my questions! She personally called the house to make sure we got in okay and that everything looked good. After some trouble getting one of the TVs to work, Pam responded very quickly to figure out a solution, and we were enjoying a movie in no time! You can tell they really care about their guests. Simply the best hosts you’ll ever find. CHECK IN/OUT: Zero issues. Short and simple checkout procedure. Thanks for a lovely stay! We’ll be back!

This turned out to be an ideal place for us to stay (seven in total). We usually have always stayed at Disney properties but with seven of us this was much more economical plus it did not take us longer than the Disney buses. The resort pool/bar turned out to be a convenient place to hang out. Pam and Bill were excellent hosts that followed up to make sure we were comfortable and situated. Highly recommended.

This was our second year in a row staying at this beautiful home. It’s perfect and the owners are great, they call and welcome you when you arrive. The location is great, very close to so many things and even walking distance to Publix. I would recommend this house to anyone!

The VRBO was perfect for our group of 8. Our party included 4 adults and 4 children. My only complaint about the townhome was that you could not turn the air down below 72, but luckily there were fans in each bedroom to keep you cool at night. The kitchen was stocked perfectly to accommodate dinners at home. The owner also provided beach towels for the guest to use which was an added bonus. On two days either the lazy river or hot tube were closed, but that was at no fault of the owners rather the resort itself.

Pam & Bill have a beautiful townhome. Easy access, nicely decorated. Centrally located for attractions. Publix, Sunday's and Mia's within walking distance. The resort wasn't favorable tho. We knew lazy river was being resurfaced but didn't know it included hot tubs & playground. The pool area is to small for the amount of people using it. Was told numberous times from Frankie's employees it was off season that is why they close whenever. Tried a few times to get ice cream for grandkids for dessert to no avail so walked to Publix.

Cute rooms for kids if you’re traveling with young ones and comfortable for the adults. Easy to find and quiet location. Would definitely stay again. Great host, checked on us to make sure we were good. Didn’t have any interaction with property manager. Pool was good but lacked floats for lazy river. No reflection on.owner for that. They had floats in the unit that we could use but there were more of us than there were floats unless I just missed them, I only saw 2. Nonetheless, a great stay.

Comfortable and immaculate.
This condo was our home away from home for 10 days while visiting the Orlando theme parks. It was comfortable, beautiful, and immaculate. This was our first visit to Orlando. And we were surprised to learn that a rental car is necessary. There is no mass transit between the counties to the theme parks. We were also a little surprised to learn that this owner's idea of self catering means no dish soap, hand soap, or dishwasher soap. Also there were no spices, not even salt and pepper. It seems kind of wasteful to have to buy all that stuff and then throw it away. Pam, the owner, was very helpful. The resort is beautiful and relaxing.
