The excessive fees added to the bill were ridiculous. Ruined the chances of returning. All those fees and at least tge counter tops could have been wiped down. Crumbs and cup ring stains. Its a shame when it is just across from Seaworld.

Great room for the money!!
Was greeted by a very lovely front desk clerk. She quickly got me my keys. The room was clean. Very comfortable and much larger than most hotel rooms. Attendance at the bar were lovely as I took advantage of the two free drink vouchers that they gave me at check-in. Overall a very nice stay!

They put my room right in front of the fireworks at sea World which my kid loved. The kids pool was not heated so brutally cold. They have a great market w pizza the rooms are very big and my daughter loved it. They have internet telivision which is important for my toddler. Right across sea world. Thereā€™s a walgreen 10 min walk away for milk and ice coffee and snacks cheaper then in the market. The market will give you free ice water and thereā€™s a fountain in the hallway. The only complaint is the check in people are a bit slow and could have been more informative and nicer.

The property was very nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. There were alot of dining options. Convenient to Sea World. We had an issue with the hot water during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at this resort. Chose it for the "waterpark" for our young children. That said- the water park consisted of a mere 3 slides, one of which was out of service. So manage your expectations. Water isnt heated so made it almost impossibly chilly for small kids to enjoy, but we toughed it out. Resort seems dated and likely had its heyday, but all in all- staff were lovely and amenities were fine but nothing to write home about. Food choices were pricier than expected so dined elsewhere and lack of free wifi is a huge drawback. Enjoyed but wouldnt book again.
