Worst experience
I just wanted to tell you that we did not enjoy our stay. We constantly felt like we were being watched 24/7 which made it very uncomfortable. We would of called you about the dogs and happily paid the pet fee we didn't know for sure if my brothers were going to stay because of how far it was from the event but it is a 5 bedroom house. I would like to list some of the issues we had while staying * one trash bag for 5 nights* we had to buy * no shampoo*we had to buy * no conditioner* we had to buy * no body wash. We had to buy * one bar of soap in the bathroom to wash our entire body and hands that is 2 inches long. We had to buy * one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 5 days. We had to buy * a half of roll it seemed of paper towels for 5 days. We had to buy * no spices at all. We had to buy * one day of coffee. We had to buy * one day of dishwashing soap* we had to buy * one load of dishwashing detergent* we had to buy * not one laundry cleaning supply not even one. We had to buy out own cleaning supplies * no ice maker but a few small ice trays * no where on your pictures does it show cameras including the top of the garage picture which had a spot light and camera that we felt you were spying on us 24/7 which made us very uncomfortable. No where in your disclosure did you state you had a camera * the beds and sheets were so old and uncomfortable that we couldn't even sleep. * the master was so hot we sweat all night because no airflow at all goes

We went to Disney for vacation the house was in a good location to stores and restaurants. Very close to Disney parks. We rested one day and the kids loved the pool.

You must ask yourself, what's important to you?
The home was a bit of a mixed bag. It was roomy, but the cleanliness was questionable. When we reported cockroaches, someone came immediately, which was much appreciated! The bedding, towels, and beach towels were CLEAN and in BEAUTIFUL CONDITION, as were the appliances, tableware, cooking utensils, and pans. Everything in the kitchen seemed practically new! Swimming, for our family, is important, and we looked forward to the heated pool (an extra charge) and private sun deck! We were a little taken back by the loud noises coming from the other side of the back wall. No mention on the listing or in the reviews of the busy highway just yards away. Luckily, we had brought books to read, because conversing on the patio was a challenge. But the thing which really struck us was the extremely hardened brown film which lined the upper tiles of the pool, although the pool service had just "cleaned" the pool. It took us 8 hours to rid it from the film with razor blades and a few Scotch Brite pads, but it looked so much better, and we immensely enjoyed the pool after it was clean. A safety thought: hand rails coming out of the pool,hot tub, and in the showers would save someone a fall. The house, screen cage, and privacy fence were designed to beautifully make spaces for adults, children, and dogs! We have never stayed in a place set up so conveniently! For this reason alone, I WOULD rent it again. My husband WOULD NOT.

We loved the house we were a little disappointed that it didn’t come with the grill, but the owner fix that within the day. And that was amazing because we love To grill out. The house was clean Definitely needed more pots and pans And baking sheets. Cooking Was a little complicated Because there wasn’t enough pots and pans Because we love to enjoy home-cooked dinners. Overall, though we would stay here again. Definitely hope the owners will update their kitchen Utensils So we can cook better next time.

The location is wonderful. Loved the completely fenced in yard. The neighborhood is very quiet. Home was exactly as described. Lesley is a great host, and my experience with the management company was excellent. (we contacted them to find out pool cleaning day, and got a reply within an hour) The kitchen was not as well stocked with pots and pans as I like (but I love to cook) and there was a shortage of towels (that Lesley addressed ASAP). The home was very clean, with the exception of the pool deck, which needs a good cleaning.

A Very Comfortable Family Home
We had a booking with iTrip fall through with less than 2 weeks to find a new rental for our multi-generational New Year's Eve family trip. We needed a spot for 9 people and a small dog and Lesley's house more than fit the bill. It was comfortable, nice, lived-in, had anything we might need, and the times where we did need something (it got very cold and we needed to have the heat in the house turned on) the management team was very quick and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at Roaring Creek. This is a very nice house with all the amenities to be comfortable. Exactly as advertised. The house was very clean. The pool and spa were very clean and everything was easily explained. The location of the house is close to all the major attractions including shopping. It made getting there and getting settled in quite easy. We will definitely book with the same host for our next trip. Can’t wait. Communication was great and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our choice.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Roaring Creek property. It really is conveniently located to all of the Orlando area attractions and any possible shopping or dining options you could ask for. The pool and hot tub were a great treat when we chose to just hang out and we used the gas grill on several occasions to make dinner. Thanks for a great winter reset!

A nice place to stay
This house is in a very convenient location. Close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The backyard was fenced in which made our dogs very happy! The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had and was even kind enough to send us a message when there was a tornado warning in our area.

Location wasn't ideal for us as we weren't visiting the parks and attractions. Roadways were very busy but we can see that if you are there to visit the parks the location would be great as everything was nearby.
