Security Is A Issue With Guest Getting In. They have to call your room if guest come to let them in that is fine. But if you at the pool or playground when guest come they cannot get in because you didn't answer the room phone. Even if you walk to the boothe they still will not let them in because you didn't answer the phone in the room. And if the guest calls your cellphone and say hey I'm at the gate put you on speaker to talk to security they still say no you didn't answer room phone.Don't take a rocket scientist I'm not in the Room to answer.

Dirty and old. The food was horrible. You couldn’t cut the pancakes with a knife they were so hard. I didn’t eat neither did my son. We were still charged full price. The rooms are old and musty. The shower was dirty with hair. I noticed the floor was not clean at all. Would never stay again
