Great House
The house was great and stocked with everything you could think of as well as very clean. We would definitely rent again. Neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. Absolutely no complaints! I had a question and the host got right back to me within minutes. We are saving this house as one of our favorites

Caring owner
House was cery clean, owner was easy to get a hold of. There was no view in backyard like the photo and the twin beds squeaked, need new mattress or frames. Other than that we had a beautiful stay. Owner fixes things asap. Pool needs to be resurfaced, but it worked great.

9 am Check out time was unrealistic hoping this will change as it was inconvenient with 3 teens. Hotels have several rooms to clean and still have 11 or 12 check out times. Overall great stay but little far away from main things

Overall a nice place, with a few quirks
Overall, the house and our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend it. But there are a few things you should be aware of if you're booking a stay here. The neighbors on both sides are permanent. My wife spoke to one of the ladies in the house closest to the front door and said she seemed cool. The folks on the other side kept to themselves. However, *if it bothers you* they smoke pot outside by their pool. It didn't bother us, as it wasn't all the time, but I know that some people don't like it. I would've like to have had a little bit of a heads up about the bug guy and the pool guy showing up. We were there for both of their arrivals and they werent expected. I'm pretty sure I scared the bug guy half to death with my questioning. The master bedroom and bath were really nice, but there's pocket doors in the bathroom. So just be aware of that. Other than the hawk that hangs out in the backyard, that's about it for the surprises. All in all, we had a great stay. I would highly recommend it and we'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Loved this property!!
I've stayed in many rental properties and this is one of my favorites. The property was spacious and had plenty of kitchen accessories, towels, bedding and much more. We had one issue with our stay and the manager took care of it really fast. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a nice neighborhood
My family and I enjoyed our vacation there. The house was clean and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip. There was also a ping pong table and foosball. Great place. I would stay again.

Beautiful house with plenty of room
Enjoyed our stay here as we commuted to Disney each day. Close to the parks and a lot of food choices for out side the parks. Pool was warm and nice to relax after a long day walking around.

Beautiful getaway
The property was very clean and spacious. The pool was great and the hot tub was nice. My kids really enjoyed the games room in the garage. The area is close to lots of shops and restaurants as well as easy access to I-4. There are only two tv’s in the house, in the master and the second living room which was just outside the master so it wasn’t the best for watching both tvs at the same time, but we didn’t watch too much tv during our stay so it wasn’t too much of a issue for us. There are lots of towels and sheets provided, and the beds were comfy. The house is well maintained and the owners are great to deal with. We would love to stay again at our next visit.

The home is great. I felt very comfortable here and enjoyed the hot tub after a day at the parks. The kitchen is fully equipped, I cooked a lot! The beds are super comfy. Lovely House with Quiet Neighborhood
We had a really nice little vacation getaway. House was amazing and roomy. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and ease of access to get around was very good also. Owner’s yeah communication was very timely. Communicating with me and I would rent from him again and again.

Paid extra for pool heat, arrived Sat hot tub wasn't working everything cold. couldn’t get service til Monday, fixed on monday, good until Thursday morning pool wasn't circulating, pool tech was called, he came said a valve was open on the skimmer, no idea why we didn’t touch anything! House owner sent a message that it was fixed and insinuated someone touched the valve, no one did, I woke up and it wasn't working. Pool was cold most of my last day on vacation. Upon arrival Floors were so dirty you could feel the grit and dirt on your feet, turned my feet black in a hour walking around. No instructions for remotes, living room tv remote wouldn't let us hit guide, maybe broken remote or old cable box, not sure, 4 remotes in the bedroom no indication of which to use, only needed 2. Hall smoke detector beeping, changed the battery and it still wouldn’t stop.

Fall Break vacation
House was accommodating as listed. Found out after booking we’d have to pay another $185 to have pool heated. This would be nice to know in the listing. House has plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Wish there would have been a grill to enjoy the outdoor space a little more (it does say no grill in listing we missed seeing this when booking). Floors were very Sandy upon arrival. Otherwise well kept. Happened to read note on top of washer that we needed to was pool towels and only leave bedding and bathroom Linens for housekeeping and note on thermostat to return it to 76 upon departure. Would recommend having a note posted somewhere in common area with guest expectations for departure (trash / recycling, etc) as we are used to this with other VRBOs. House is very loud due to mostly tiled floors, especially with cars / trash trucks going early hours. Recommend adding some rugs to off set some of the noise. All in all a nice rental for the week. Communication was quick from Manager. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Great place to stay
We had a great stay pretty close to all things Disney! Super thankful the property owner had a pack n play as my kids got too nervous to sleep in a different room. Overall had a very good stay it was clean and the pool area was very nice!
