Highly disappointed in our stay. Our room was not even ready over 2 hours after check in. They did “upgrade” our room and the manager on staff was very pleasant. While it was nice they “upgraded” us, we did not feel it truly was. The room was very dated, no trash bags the entire stay, stained sheets, and a booger that was left on the bathroom door prior to check in. The hot tubs were never working (nor were we told) and the pool area looked very run down compared to the photos. While the resort as a whole was disappointing, the worst part was housekeeping and their lack of respect. We left our room at 7:00am to go to Disney. We returned around 8pm to find our room door left open. It is clear it is it was housekeeping as the room had been “cleaned” and beds made. We immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk, only to be met with no sympathy. Our belongings were left to the open public and we were given a smirk and “sorry for the inconvenience”. They did take off the resort/parking fees, but their attitude was distasteful. The following day we put the do not disturb sign up prior to leaving for the day, only to return to a room that had clearly been touched by housekeeping. A complete violation, especially considering what had happened the day before. Between the issue with check in, the lack of cleanliness, and the lack of security, we will never recommend this property or any other Sheraton hotel to anyone.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we're walking to our room & the people right next to us are arguing at the top of their lungs so loud you could hear them getting off the elevator. It was so bad i had to call front desk to handle problem. Also the room had a funky smell & it was really wierd thay the sink was outsode the bathroom.

rooms where not clean at all had to ask to please dust and clean. the towels were nasty and rugs were dirty. Transportation is awful buses are for 1 time only and nothing for accessibility. to Disney Springs or Parks. Taxi services are awful as well. Valet staff was the the best they are friendly and helpful. Pool area looks nothing like the picture.

These rooms are very old and have an extreme amount of mold under the air conditioning units. We tried checking in and took a look at the room and every room that we looked at had mold. Definitely not recommended especially if sensitive to mold. This facility looks as though they have put no money into maintaining the rooms. Not recommended.

Paid for a room viewing the pool ended up looking over a parking lot and strip mall. Room was disgusting. Couldn’t give my children a shower as it wasn’t cleaned before our stay. No bedding for sofa bed, took 45 minutes to get someone to bring it up.

Never seen a 4 star hotel look like this. It shouldn’t be anything above a 2 star hotel. It’s dated and dirty. The bathroom was dirty and had who knows what smeared on the walls. I couldn’t wait to leave this place. This might be my first bad review for a hotel and I do not feel about sharing the truth.
