I think it's horrible that they charge 25.00 a day for parking if you are not an owner. If I'm going to pay for parking a day I may as well spend that money towards staying on Disney property.

Our stay at the Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas was brief (only one night), but it was great. Our villa was clean and very comfortable. I have nothing to complain about it. The only problem we had was finding the Welcome Center to check in. We arrived late at night, extremely tired from a busy day at the park, and couldn't find our way to the Welcome Center. It took us around 10 minutes to find the reception. I wish the gentleman who opened the gate for me when I entered the resort area had given me better instructions on how to get to the Welcome Center. He only told me to follow the car in front of me, but they were also lost. This is my only complaint. Better instructions and larger signs pointing to the Welcome Center would be greatly appreciated.

Check-in took a while. I waited in line for over 10 mins before I was helped. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Upon getting to our room, our key card did not work. They sent security to open our room and sent someone down to issue us new cards. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but they responded quickly. Overall, I would stay here again.
