Solterra is a Stunning Resort offering you access to every amenity you can imagine, from “The Grand Clubhouse” with its large open Lounge area and Onsite Fitness Centre to its Communal Pool and Spa area where you have access to your own Private Beach Cabanas, Waterslides, a Lazy River and a Tiki Bar and Grill.
Situated on Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport it is ideally positioned for Disney and the other area attractions. Only a short drive to Champions Gate Village which benefits from a good selection of restaurants and supermarkets plus there are numerous award-winning championship golf course’s all within a few miles. It is also just minutes from the Posner Park Shopping Mall that includes a multiscreen cinema complex and other stores and restaurants.
Our quaint two storey home has been styled with comfort and affordability in mind and is a timed honoured classic Floridian style home.
The home boasts on open plan design to the ground floor, which makes this a beautiful bright home and will appeal to large family groups vacationing together.
There are two lounge areas.
Lounge One is placed at the front of the home where you can enjoy a little quiet time away from the other guests and read a book or plan the next day’s events.
Lounge Two is situated at the rear of the home overlooking the pool area and includes plenty of comfortable seating with a Large Flat Screen TV for you to relax and watch a film or catch up with a game after a day in the parks.
The Loft Area is another perfect place to unwind as it includes a Flat Screen TV and plenty of cosy seating, which is ideal when you want to entertain the children, but also enjoy a little time alone to watch a film.
The Dark Wood Kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs whether it is a quick lunch that can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or an evening meal to be taken at the charming dining area.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs) Queen Bedroom with Queen Size Bed with a light décor is an ideal room for your adult guests. There is a bathroom next door which consists of a bath with shower and a single basin unit.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) is a Bunk bedroom that has a full bed on the bottom bunk. There are Ensuite facilities of a bath with shower and a single basin unit. The perfect room for your younger guests to share.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) is a Queen Suite with a neutral interior, this is a beautiful bedroom that enjoys the benefit of Ensuite facilities, consisting of a bath with shower and a single basin unit.
Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) is a King Suite with a soothing interior, Flat Screen Television and Ensuite facilities of a bath and a separate shower.
Bedroom 5 – (upstairs) is a twin bedroom with neutral decor. There are Ensuite facilities of a bath with shower and a single basin unit. A great room for friends to share.
Bedroom 6 – (upstairs) is a Queen Suite with Queen Bed and Ensuite facilities of a bath with shower and a double basin unit.
The Outside of the home has a beautiful pool deck with sun loungers plus table and chairs for you to enjoy the delights of Al Fresco Dining, be it a leisurely breakfast or some nibbles and refreshments in the evening under the stars. The large pool includes a spa where you can spend many a happy hour enjoying the wonderful Floridian Sunshine.

Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.
Policies:
- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)

- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required

- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
-Must leave proprty in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
