When we arrived the door wouldn’t open to the room. The battery on the lock was dead and had to be replaced. Took us over 25 min to get into the room by the time the door was fixed. Was given late checkout as a recovery

This property is old and run down - it claims to be renovated but where?! Our two-bedroom suite was spacious but dirty. Even the towels hanging in the bathroom were used and had makeup on them! The pool and hot tub water were dirty. The location is central - that's the only plus.

We came here from Dunedin to evacuate during hurricane Milton. We were stressed and nervous. Vanessa and staff were incredible. So calming and accommodating. We actually needed another day and they took care of it. Hurricane passed through here, too. They quickly cleaned up debris. Everyone was hands on. Our room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
