Stunning 5 Bedroom 4 1/2 bath home located in the gated community of Veranda Palms. This home is elegantly designed with a private pool and spa (heating available for an additional fee, please ask for details. An extended lanai all screened in for your entertainment or to just relax with nature. This magnificent pool is south facing for all day long sunshine and has a pond conservation view with NO REAR NEIGHBORS! The kitchen boasts wood cabinets, granite countertops, center island, stainless appliances, fully equipped, pantry with eat in space. You will find this home to be beautifully bright with its expansive ceilings. The Master downstairs boasts lots of space, walk in closet, a bathroom with dual side by side vanities, garden tub, and walk in glass shower. Upstairs, you will find the large loft area with pool table along with the remaining 4 bedrooms. The Veranda Palms community features a swimming pool, fitness center, reserve land close to it and is only about 5 minutes from Pioneer Park on Shingle Creek with country walks and historic buildings. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and Disney amusement parks.

Please note:

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $35 per night (ask for details)

* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation

* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

*Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 10 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests).

Great house in convenient location
This was a very spacious house that was clean and had all the essentials for our trip. The neighborhood was very nice and the area where the home is located was quiet with nice views of the lake. The pool area was private and had plenty of room to relax whether you were swimming or just relaxing outside. No outdoor tv, but that was the only thing we would have changed. We really enjoyed the pool table upstairs and game room in the garage for extra free entertainment while we were there. This was a perfect place for a family with two teenagers who were able to have private spaces. All 3 of the larger bedrooms had attached bathrooms and closets. We didn’t have a need to use the other two kids bedrooms, but would definitely recommend for families with younger children as well or multiple families with children. Plenty of space to gather together while still having room to separate. We were there for a soccer showcase at ESPN Wide World of Sports and felt like it was a great location to get to the Disney Parks area. Easy access via 192 or Osceola Parkway. Overall great place and would definitely stay there again. Host was very responsive and local management seemed easily accessible even though we had no need to contact them with any issues.

Birthday Celebration
We celebrated my husbands 37th birthday. He had never been to the parks before. We looked for a home close to the parks that could comfortably accommodate our group of 9. I’ve rented other homes in Florida on previous trips and I was happy to see the cleanliness of this home. We had one question and our call was returned within a few short minutes. We are planning another trip to see more and we hope this home will be available.

We have been coming to Kissimmee once every year for the 3 years for the AAU Volleyball Nationals and staying in a rental home. This year was the very best. The house was very clean with all the necessities we needed. Easy access to the property with proper and easy instructions. Correspondence and contact was super. Overall great stay
Slight delay in initial communications most likely due to our short notice booking and time zone differences. Firm mattresses were a plus. However, the mattress springs made it uncomfortable for the adults. Neighborhood was mostly quiet until our last night when some noisier neighbors moved in across the pond (sounded like kids enjoying the pool) and someone else nearby (couldn't tell where exactly it was coming from) was blaring loud music. Overall, a great stay.
