Totally disappointed!
The hotel is in a complex, parking lot is far, so be prepared to walk back after you park your car; the hotel has a few elevators, but the staff at the front desk didn’t provide helpful information about the right elevator to our room, so we got lost, and had to ask other guests for directions; the bed was hard and beddings had strange smell; breakfast place was crowded and noisy. It was not what we expected. It was quite disappointing!

Disgusting breakfast area with awful option. King room with pull out bed is impractical because when it’s pulled all the way down no one can get out of the room without a waking up the person who is sleeping. Rude staff and dirty sheet was left on the sofa bed with a pee soaked ring.

Property was well kept and clean. Our rooms were well kept and cleaned every day. The elevators sometimes were broken and a few fire alarms went off early at 7am but other than that the place was very nice for a good price. Would stay again

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Definitely needs updates - stains in tub, lamp not working, poor lighting. Don't pay extra for balcony, it overlooks the parking lot and no screen if you want fresh air. No coffee before 6:30 am if you're planning on leaving early in the morning.

I loved the location! Would stay here again. The hotel is dated with old dirty couches… not to pleasant. The breakfast is a regular buffet with powdered eggs, sausages and cereal. I never eat at these places since it’s not real food. I loved that they were not charging to get packaged delivered to the hotel, I don’t know what’s up with hotels charging per package now. Aside from the dirty couch and bad breakfast, it’s conocimiento for the location, and if your ordering multiple packages online.

It’s just ok. Housekeeping didn’t come until 5 every afternoon just as we were getting back so we ended up not getting the room cleaned for all the days we weee there. We were going 7-5 and they couldn’t even clean the room. It also took three trips to reception to add another day.

Overall the hotel was nice. We would have given it a better rating if the facilities were upgraded. There was only one outlet by the beds. The outlets that were on the desk didn’t work, and there was one in the kitchen. The microwave burned the paper cup that we put water to heat up in and there was no way to get hot water downstairs for a cup of tea. The counter in the bathroom had a melted ring and the toilet had a deep stain that look like it was poop. The layout of the room should be reconsidered. There was a huge couch which was the size of a king bed that took the possible space of having two queens size beds instead of two full size beds. The comforters on the beds were too thin. The breakfast needs to be upgraded as well. There weren’t many options to choose from.
