Great place to stay!
We stayed at the house for the Disney Princess weekend and it was perfect! Not too far from Epcot since we had to be there by 4am. Pretty central location for all that we did during the weekend. The house was great and the clubhouse was awesome! We were able to use all the amenities with no issues. Will look to see if this place is available next year for race weekend!

Perfect Rental Close to Disney and Flamingo Crossing!
We booked for a family vacation leading up to one of our kids moving into Flamingo Crossing, and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The location was ideal—less than 15 minutes from Flamingo Crossing, close to shopping and dining, and just 10–20 minutes from Disney Parks (depending on the park). For Universal, it was about 40 minutes with morning traffic, so plan accordingly. The convenience and proximity made it a perfect fit for our family.Our group of eight adults, young, middle age and senior, stayed comfortably throughout the trip. The unit looked exactly like it did in the walkthrough video (which I found super helpful). Our hosts, were fantastic—very attentive and excellent with communication. A key highlight for us was the layout of the unit, especially the two bedrooms on the first floor. This was ideal for my parents, who have some mobility challenges.Although it was too cool during our stay to use the heated pool, we loved that there wasn’t an extra charge for pool heat—a rare and appreciated perk in this area. Instead, we made great use of the hot tub at the clubhouse across the street, which was perfect for relaxing after cooler days and long visits to the parks.Speaking of the clubhouse, the Paradise Palms amenities were a hit! The game room was a favorite for my son and husband, and the small movie theater, convenience store, and on-site bar exceeded our expectations.Overall, this rental was everything we needed and more for our family trip.

Great place for a large family
We surprised our mother with a family vacation to Disney for Christmas, her dream vacation. With 11 of us this was the perfect place to spend that time together without having to be in separate hotel rooms. The owners were wonderful to work with.

The house is much bigger than I thought! Large bedrooms and lots of nice bathrooms that seem updated! The private pool was great to use when we wanted to do something low-key. The community pool was an absolute blast as well!

Great Stay!
This is a very quiet resort community. The house is exactly as it is in the photos and YouTube video. It's located directly across from the clubhouse. It was very spacious for our family and worked great for us. The kids loved having the pool out back. Communication was quick with the owner and any issues were taken care of quickly. Would recommend to others and stay again.

Great place! Resort facilities were great. House itself was clean and homey. Lots of kitchen supplies which usually is lacking in many places but this place had lots. Plenty of space for a family. We were only 3 people so we didn’t even have to use all rooms. Loved it and would definitely come back.

Best time ever!
The home was almost as described except the pool which was small and only 4 ft deep I guess if we had little ones it would make sense. Overall the home was super clean and accommodating we were a party of four and had our own bathrooms very helpful. Only used 4 bedrooms very comfy with two of them having r suites. Great home away from home
Our stay was EVERYTHING! We were there for D2 Summitt Cheer Championship. From the time we checked in at the gate in which the security was super nice… the process was so smooth. As for the house, it’s just as pictured. Extremely spacious. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The best part was being located directly across from the club house which had everything you needed… pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground (my toddler was too excited about it), game room, movie theater. I thought it was really cool how they show kids movies in the theater. The bar manager Alberto was AMAZING! The entire property staff was top notch. The host communication was A1. We had some minor issues but nothing that stopped us from enjoying ourselves. I will definitely be booking again!

Great customer service.
We got to Orlando early, and Tim was very accomodating. There was even a slight issue with the security letting us in due to the early arrival, and Tim hopped on the phone when them super fast and it was resolved within minutes. Would love to stay here again.
