The only negatives were for my second time there that the pool was closed and my door either refuse to open or to lock That one was a struggle. The staff very friendly.

This property before selling Expedia should inspect it. Dirty showers, air conditioners not working properly, horrible beds, lot of humidity in rooms, everything was old needs to remodel ASAP, lot of mold in showers, overall terrible.

Unfortunately the place was horrible, found roaches every day even in microwave. Dirty towels and linens in fact the whole room. Cheap with toiletries. Dirty surroundings. Had to check out 5 days before time and spend additional money renting an Airbnb. Complete disaster.

The staff was wonderful..it would have been great if there was some kind of breakfast included. The pool was clean but the chair cushions needed cleaning...The room was nice and again the staff was helpful and polite...

Upon getting two rooms which were supposed to be right be each other ended up being opposite ends of the hotel. Toilet wouldn’t flush, phones didn’t work, bath tub wouldn’t drain water

Terrible beds no breakfast room was well beyond nasty hair in the tub and on the clean linen bathroom had holes in the floor door looks like it had been kicked in it was the worst i left early i could not sleep wifi was janky i would never ever ever recommend staying here

The shower curtains were dirty, shower rod falling off. Not enough bedding or toiletries provided. Key cards stopped working randomly. Front door lock was damaged. Kept getting stuck in open position. So on and so forth.

I would never recommend this hotel. There was no peephole in the door...just a hole so anyone could look in. The lock on the door was loose and ready to fall off. Staying at this motel did not feel safe at all. But when we killed two cockroaches on the floor and then one crawled across my hand on the bed we said enough is enough. The hotel did credit us as we checked out after only night so that was the only good thing. I dont need the taj mahal when staying in a hotel but it has to be bug free and I have to feel safe.
