The rooms are not what is shown in the pics. Its much older and the bathroom had a very high bad scent. Quiet hotel which was a plus!

Ants in our room and never had a complete set of towels. Front DeskPersonnel was great. Phone didnā€™t work. Iron didnā€™t work and got another one. Hair dryer didnā€™t work and got another one. Breakfast was great.

The receptionist was awesome and she was very friendly. The hotel is going under a huge maintenance and there was no warning of people going to work early in the morning on Labor Day. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Had to kill about 3 of them and the carpet was slightly wet. Iā€™m guessing cause it was ā€œcarpet cleanedā€ and there is paint, dirt, damaged doors and hallways
1 of 3 that I killed. That was the smallest one before the big ones came out

We stay a lot.
We stay at this hotel a lot. We are a special needs family. The rooms are large and clean with a large fridge, microwave, and stove top. We have never had an issue and the staff is super friendly. For the price a great hotel.

The first room we had there was black mold in bathroom and was infested with roaches in living room, kitchen & bathroom. Kitchen had no pots to cook anything, overall room smelled as well. Wasnā€™t offered any discount or reward points for inconvenience just switch of room. FYI hotel is being renovated construction everywhere which isnā€™t listed on web page

Expedia should not allow hotels that are under construction to be reserved. This hotel had wet carpet and industrial fans everywhere. Anyone with allergies could not stay there. Shower and towels dirty. I was very disappointed with the establishment.

my clients were not happy at all with there stay they were not advised that the laundry was under construction so as theye were staying rhere for days there was noweher to get washing done for there onward trip and service was not good

Very Poor Conditions
We have stayed at this hotel before and booked again because of the amenities, specifically a microwave and fridge. This was advertised in the photos on the hotels.com website. Come to find out, they are phasing out their microwaves. We asked at the front desk about it and he said he would ask the morning crew to let us use the kitchen microwave. We asked the next morning and they said no. Also the hotel is pretty run downā€”I know itā€™s being renovated, but the conditions are poor on a number of levels. Additionally, there were multiple bugs in the room, including a roach. Will definitely put this hotel on our no fly zone hotels.
